I want to see my landline incoming call detail on internet of 1.1.2008 to 29.2.2008

can you send one of your Technician and please check our tel line .Because every time there is some problem in our distribution board which is located in our nearest conaction post.Every break down some body is coming and making some temporary arangements and again same thing is happening.This creating very big probelem to us. I HAVE BEEN USING THE TELEPHONE FOR THE LAST SIX YEARS OR SO. RECENTLY
I HAVE AVAIALED BRANDBAND CONNECTION FACILITY. IE FROM 27.1.09.
RIGHT FROM THE DATE OF INSTALLATION OF THE BRANDBAND CONNECTION MY TELEPHONE BILL IS HIGH AND HIGH AND I COULD NOT SEE DETAILS OF THE BILL INDIVIDUALLY.
NORMALY I USED TO PAY LESS THAN RS.1000 AND AND I HAVE VIEWED MY TELEPHONE BILL FOR THE MONTH OF APRIL09 AS RS.2834 WHICH IS UNDOUBTEDLY HIGH.. WHETHER IT IS POSSIBLE TO MISUSE THE BRANDBAND CONNECTION BY SOME OTHERS OR I REQUEST YOU TO VERIFY AT YOUR END ABOUT THE B ILLING . THE TELEPHONE BILL WHICH I AM RECEIVING EVERY MONTH DO NOW SHOW THE CLEAR PICTURE OF THE DETAILS OF THE AMOUNT

My landline phone :[protected] & [protected] is dead since from[protected] and the complaint has been logged with the firm on same day(through 198).Docket nos. against the complaint are A0075 & B0237.The complaint is not attended till today.When lineman was contacted it is told that the problem is with the underground cable, but the other telephone lines passing through this same "junction box" are serviceable.Most of the times no one is available to attend when i tried to contact the concerned JTO.our teliphone is dead but beill is continue.every day logged our complain but not result no attend the line man in complain.

I hope atleast now the authorized people do needful for rectifying telecommunication line.
