BSNL Landline — Address Change

Request has been hosted on 11th July for location change with in the same exchange. Till date there is no response from THE GREAT BSNL HYDERABAD circle. My landline number is 27225723. I am requesting the concerned persons to take immediate action in this regard.

including JTO is very irrresponsible i am very old consumer of tele
phone services but in dec.2008 i had surrender land line telephone
no[[protected]] sir i had applied for broad band connection [250
plan] but just second day i had given new application to replace
this plan by 500 after 5 days ihad taken conformation rawatbhata
telephone exchange that now plan has change so i has used
internet as per 500 plan condition but after end of month billing
was done by 250 plan so got to much financial loss same inform to
sh verma gi[JTO] he checked about second application its entry was
available in computer and he said same information yet not sent to
kota [head qtr] thereafter i had payed that current bill and
application submitd for land line and broad band connection [
instrument deposited in store telephone connection removed by line
man ]its application recept having with me but still telephone bill
comming continue from jan.2009 same inform to jto rawatbhata but he
did not responded now kindly requested to you rectify the same

BSNL Landline — 2541071 not working

dear sir,
our landline telephone 2541071 moodubelle exchage, situated at padubettu is not working since 25 days, we have repeatedly given complaint to the concerned dept, moodubelle exchange and kadiyali divisional office throgh telephone, but absolutely no response from them.so if the phone is not working for one month, are you going to reemburse the rent and service charge which is lavied to us?no right?so why we should pay the rent when there is no service and connection is available?.
this is for your information, still if you dont do this, then we have to find out some other way legally.

this is what is happening everywhere in bsnl land line, specially in rural areas, i think dept is considered rural areas are backward places where they dont require any services, but they are taking rent from them regularly without any delay, so dept is expert in collecting money from people, where as they are not bothered to provide service.otherway goverment is saying we are giving very good service to the rural areas and we are developing them.
this is the way bsnl is developing rural areas without providing proper services to the people and most of the people they dont know what to do in this matter, they just complain to the exchage and exchange people will say always recorded voice, yea we are repairing we dont have proper staff?so are the citizens of india(villagers ) are responsible for your appointment.
so in that case you should stop taking rent from them till you repair the system.if it continous like this definately there will be a revolution in this issue, that also starts from villagers, may be then only dept may realise that.

BSNL Landline — billing

My BSNL landline number is [protected].we are getting the heavy bill by last 3 months even we disconnected the broadband.And they are sending the bill by every month.actually it is for 2 months.But 1 month only they are billing more than 1200.before that for 2 months we get the bill of 1200.but now for 1 month they r billing 1200.so please take it seriously and show the way for us.If it is really 1200 then send us the call history of the last 2 months.so that it will clear where the wrong is happen.

BSNL Landline — Bills not received

After every two months my landline[protected] is barred because of non-payment however i never receive any bill from BSNL pune I had complaint about it last time but was fruitless.

Now when i have asked for bill, BSNL Pune has given me two bill . One for last 2 months and other back dated for 1/11/2008 to 31/12/2008
