[Resolved]  BSNL Landline — bill details of my landline

Higher up Officers of BSNL are fully responsible for the poor customer care service, in other words we can say that these officers are wasting public money and they should be penalised.

My phone number is 23432861. This is connected with a Broadband (Rs 250/- scheme). Very frequently, the broadband remains out of order. This time, I have come to know that the respective server has been down due to an unknown reason. I need internet connection on a regular basis, but in vain. Complaints, phone calls do not work in this regard – this painful experience I already had. When would we get rid of this problem out of irresponsibilities of public sectors? Sometimes our connection gets cut due to non-payments of bills. But why? Due to nonavailability of phone bills. Internet bills are always turned down by telephone offices though it is always acceptable. This also happens very frequently.

Could I deserve any justice immediately?

BSNL Landline — Demanding Bribe

Very depressly sharing my bad experience with BSNL land line fixing guys. When i installed they demanded like DONS for money. I tried to avoid but then they keep demanding and threatened that line won't be activated without BRIBE. After so many dialog to please them i failed and gave them 100 Rs. Initially they demanded for 250. Rs. 100 too i gave after getting loan from my neighbour.

Very much bad feeling about our counties increasing "demanding BRIBE" culture. A change should happen to stop these.

I have collected the details of my outgoing calls which is less than 10% of the bill record.Then I meet with the Account Officer and several bsnl officers but they are just avoiding me without giving any satifactory answer.
So please guide me about this problem and give any particular solution about this.
