Land line — landline dead from 29th June 09

Regret to inform you that land line no –[protected] is down from past two months and there is no action from M/s BSNL even though there are many complaint logged --- complaint no – 8359
Written complaint submitted on 3rd Aug 09. There are many more complaint in manual complaint register available at Nalasopara E exchange
I would request you to please ensure that the phone will be active with in next 3 working days.. BSNL is such a reputed company only because of few irresponsible officer / technician / line in charge it is losing the fame
I would appreciate in case you will act on this complaint
In case there will be no action from your end I will be compelled to go to court against M/s BSNL.

I recieved my telephone bill yesterday[protected] and was shocked to see the charges Rs. 1494--00, which includes internet broadband connection. But I have not done any kind of downloading
or so. Yet the bill came Rs.[protected]of broadband usage).
Please go through and see if there is any error in billing by mistake and if possible please provide me
detail of internet usage (datewise) of[protected] to[protected] on my mail id ASAP.

I am not normally receiving the bsnl land line bills thereby making me defaulter of bills. Can you at least send sms alert on [protected] so that I am saved from the unnecessary inconvenience.

The above telephone no. is in the name of Satishchandra Shah . Thsi landline telephone no. i not working proplerly. In this regardsm I want to say that in a month this phone is dad for 3-4 times. I am facing this problems since last 2 - 3 months.

Your local officer are not given satisfactory answer & they can not take any step against this complain.

telephone bills not coming to the home enthough adress is proper. first three months phone if functioned well. latter lot of disturbance in phone, then 3 to 4 months dead, but i used to pay bill. if i give compliant orally ok. but respence is poor.

i am using the services of BSNL from last Fifteen years. my phone no is[protected] last year, BSNL persons dig some whole near our telephone line. due to which, we are suffering from cross-connection. therefore, all other call will be added to my account and had noices we could not talk properlyand privacy is disturbed.
we had made many complaints to RT Nagar exchange vide no.1258 and 1293 dtd 22.8.09 and 24.8.09 accordingly. but, the problem is not solved. i locked my phone also even though we are still suffering from this problem very much. p-lease take some strict action, issue and issue acopy of pfone call details otherwise discontinuation will be the better option.

I am holding a land line telephone connection with broad band cooection no[protected] from indera nagar, kalyanpur, ka npur (U.P.).Its complain was booked on 17-08-09 and complain no is 9.Till date this complain is pending . No body has attanted it even after repeated reminder on telephone.
