i have made several complaints to the BSNL office, Pan Bazar Division, Guwahati, Assam, India, regarding my disruption of landline service since[protected] but they dint respond to it till date and for which i'm facing a great inconvenience in my day to day busines dealings.. so, it is my request that you look into the matter seriously and take some necessary steps to resolve the problem......my telephone No.(out of service):[protected]

My no is[protected], it is connected to pole at long distance and again-2 it is disconnected between route and it may be dial by another person which may increase unnecessary bills. So please I request to you, underground the whole telephone line. Many lines are already under-grounded.
