BSNL Landline — Frequently dead landline

The concerned workers solve it temporarily and same problem arises again n again.

Plz check up the matter n give me rid from problem permanently...

my land line number is [protected]. and we have one broadband connection which is installed on 27 july 2009 . after that they send me the bill on 13 aug 2009 2457 rs . in which they said your monthly rent is 100rs and installation charger 250rs. and one more thing my land line phone has only incomming we barred our outgoing . my plan of internet is 500 rs per month according to this plan ill get the 2500 MB free in a month .i used my internet usaage 1399 from 27 july 2009 to 31 aug 2009 then they send me a bill. i ringed them yesterday ant talk about bill and they said to me u have 497 MB free and ur usage is more that is 1399 MB they said to me the 2500 mb data is free for only monthly and for 5 days u have only 497 mb bt wenever i signed the contract nothing is written in the contract like that they miss guide me and wana charge more money for me . also i got a modom on rent which is 80 rs per month and they said to me nw u have to pay 1100 rs for security bt whenever i signed the contract then they didnt told me like that or nothing is written on the contract like that .

I am using BSNL landline [protected] in district Shahdol M.P. for last 6-7 years &having broadband connection also. My complaint is that overhead cable frequently got broken & disturb communication link. This has happend nos. of times in recent past which has been reported to the authorities SDO here at Dhanpuri. He has promised that cable will be laid underground but no action initiated sofar and problem still continued. As such I approach you to please look into and help. Thanking you.
