BSNL Landline — Telephone is not working since 25 days & field person is not responding
Dear Sir,We are having BSNL Land Line Connection[protected]ATUL Area). From the last 25days my landline is dead. We have given the complaint several times.
The person sitting at ATUL branch (Mr.Tandel) has given a mobile number of field person (Mr.Rajkumar, mob.no:[protected]), but somehow e is not receiving phone.
Your person has not even come to observe the situation. Still the problem has not yet rectified.
If you cannot rectify the problems, we are going to disconnect the connection.
This is for your kind information and necessary action.

BSNL Landline — phone dead for more than 2 months
Our home phone has not been working for more than 3 months, I have been registering the complaint again and again but no action has been taken yet. sir with due respect i want 2 say that i am not receiving my bill for the last three months.my tel. no. is -[protected].
