my telephone connection is compliant ed since17/4/11 tel[protected] several time i compliant in exchanged( west kodur malppuram) and b s n l help line but they didn't mind so far therefor i am very disappointed
actually i dont have another facility for communication my all fronts suggested to cancel BSNL PHONE CONNECTION and seek to another service provides like tata indicom releance etc... so kindly requesting for suddenly solve my compliant

I have been shifted my land line phone in the middle of March to another area with same number and same exchange and it iwas linked 15 days after, but I came to understand that my telephone bill is more without any particulars. I was not getting the telephone bill for the past three months even i submitted my new correct postal address.
The bill which i received yesterday is shocked me.
I am willing to pay the correct amount as I am exapecting the correct particulars for bill .

BSNL Landline — not working and wire cut instrument faulty

I am paying BSNL telephone charges without using the same for the past two months. Several time complained in Ganapathy telephone exchange for phone issue but none responded. Why i should not refer to consumer forum for my issues. My land line number is[protected].

BSNL — Billing Issue !

Hello U.S. Pandey Sir /BSNL Cooperation !



I would like to grab your attention on my bill issue ..Year ago i taken a broadband connection ([protected]) from BSNL ,After some time due to cable issue it stopped working ,i personally went sector -19 and meet the concern person they said it is matter for long will have to take some big step .I was daily taken update but slowly they opted out me to give me any response .Telephone line stopped ,net stopped ,your dedicated cable lost ..everything .Not a single call i received from BSNL and not any concern person visited

to solved this .they said line have been terminated !




I forgotten this and got another connection now after almost more than 0ne year i am receiving msg on my phone for some billing !


Can any one please clarify me what the billed was about i pay ,if i have not been able to use it not even no one from you could solve it .




I have still your modem and telephone safely with me ,if billing was about that please send some concern to take it and please solve billing issue ASAP.




Clearly i will not pay any amount beyond my usages if i have made lots of request to fix it .




Please don't make me hock for you and solve it at your earlier convenience . Otherwise i will go with Cosumer Forum with the same matter !
