[Resolved]  BSNL Landline — bill details of my landline

I want check my bsnl landline bill on internet.
Is there any way from where i can check my bill or its duplicate bill
and also i want to see the detailed call list so from where i can get it on internet
my land phone no.is [protected], agartala, Tripura (w)

My land line no. is[protected] located at 3, Haribhakti Extn. Colony, Old Padra Raod, Vadodara- Gujarat- 390 007

Since last month Internet facility is out of order and my son has already lanched compalin to local office. Till date it is not being attended.

Rregarding land line telephone bills I can tell you to contact no 1501 or it will be better if you can visit the local BSNL Customer Service Centre /office on all working days between 1030 hours to 1430 hours (weekdays) between 1030 hours to 1230 hours on saturdays only . Regarding telephone bill non receipt, I can tell you today there are 20% non delivery case of letters / bills happen, there may be absence of elaborate address in the telephone bill, which may result in non delivery of bills, you can be rest assured that all the telephone bills are properly generated and also at the same time posted . To see your land line telephone bill details, it is advised to attend the local telephone authority with a blank CD . To check calls you may preferably use locking / unlocking device by contacting the local telephone authority (BSNL), You can access BSNL BroadBand /Internet through (1) Land Line(BSNL) (2) WLL and through (3) BSNL/MICROMAX 3G Data Card . For all these and for any / all other land line trouble you will have to contact the local BSNL office / Customer Service Centre immediately with your contact no in writing only . If there is any Major Cable Fault problem it will take time to make the land line O.K. Your kind co-operation in this regard is highly appreciable .

My name is Suman Chatterjee. My friend Swarnali Banerjee is your subscriber. Her BSNL connection[protected] landline & broadband) are not working from 27th March, 2012. The local exchange at Sarsuna is doing nothing. So I have to disturb you, as my friend is suffering from your poor service. Please do something as soon as possible.

Although she is a government employee but she hasn't provided any discount as she was told before subscribing, the local exchange(Behala) haven't provided any proper reason for this. If possible please let us know the reason.
