My Landline phone no.[protected] is not working properly.There is line disturbance since last 2 month I have lodge a complaint no.[protected] two months back.But still there is no response from BSNL.Kindly help me to resolve this problem. my landline is not working properly please check the connection immeaditely for uninterrupted services my land line no is [protected] kindly do the needfull urgently. balakrishnan nellikaparambath

BSNL Landline — Telephone 2155407 not working
Dear Sir/MadamMy BSNL Landline # 2155407 doesn't working since June 2012. We went varkala and kavalayoor exchange several time and complained to replace the instrument and they assure it. But till date they didn't done anything to resolve the issue. also it is not possible to go everyday at the exchange.
kindly take necessary action to resolve the issue.

yesterday i have received sms at night 2 am from bsnl for my bill details.cant they send sms during 9 to 5.i do not want 24/7 services for such things.it is a case of harasement to consumers. SIR...
