Sir,
I am a BSNL prepaid Mobile customer, bearing Mobile No: [protected]. Of late, for the past 03 months, Rs. 10/- is being recovered from me regularly on the pretext of availing SJOKE services. A SMS is being received on my mobile informing that Rs.10/- has been charged for availing the said services. The text of the MSG being received by me is as follows:
"Rs.10/- charged. Thank u for using SJOKE service. Your Service has been renewed"
Sender:[protected]. MSG Centre: [protected];"
Ironically, neither I have opted for this service, nor I have subscribed for the same. I've replied to the sender through SMS, not to recover the said amount as I've never subscribed for the same and requested for refunding the amount recovered from me so far.
But my request fell on deaf ears, as Rs.10/- is being recovered from me regularly. As such, I request your good offices to kindly intervene in the matter and arrange to stop the Rs. 10/- recovery for SJOKE services, for which I've never subscribed.
A positive and prompt action in this regard is earnestly solicited.

BSNL Mobile — refund of deposit amount -
On 7.8.2012, i have submitted the application for cancellation of international roaming facility on my mobile [protected] and requested for the refund of deposit amount of Rs.5000/-(Rupees five thousand).My application is duly acknowledged by Indira Nagar exchange and they informed that deposit amount will be refunded within 30 days.
Now 60 days are over and none of the officials are responding nor my deposit amount being returned.
I am a BSNL user. Previous three months any kind of services is automatic activated in my account and balance reduce. I have also compliant in call center but they do not deactivate the service. please help me.

sir, my mobile no is [protected]. yesterday I have taken your scheme of 1000 sms free in 20/- Rs. But when I have sent sms Yesterday, my balance was cut(charged). So, please give me reply how it is possible?
