I have bsnl anant lifetime I had 169 Rs Balance It is set to balance 0 Rs I had recieved notice How to get back the amount to balance Or Is it lost

plz send me all the outgoing and incoming calls from 1/2/2011 to 10/2/2011

, Use BSNL Prepaid connection number is [protected], when i want to try outgoing from my phone, i cant do that, But My incomming is done properly. I recharge the account several times but still i have problem, so please check your system for this number and give me a solution on this mattar

I am holding bsnl landline with number[protected]. I never subscribed for the Games on Demand service. But the bill contains one time charge for the subscription. I went to customer care but no one is responding for the issue. I dont know to whom I can tell the problem. Please give me information to whom I can lodge complaints.

It is very painful that BSNL is charging for different packs forcefully whereas I never request for the same.I have requested to your Customer Care Serrvice to deactivate the same but they never entertained my request, always they assured me that it will be deactivated but practically it has not been done, see this is the services of BSNL.It is very shameful to a govt deptt..I could not understand on what right you people are deducting my balance by activating these stupid packs without my request..Myself also a govt employee and I am at the age of retirement but we never see such kind of illegal activites of Govt.employees.The details of Packs are as Under;-
1) LOVE TIPS FOR BOYS- Activation No.59595015, Shayari Pack- actvt.No.59595015 :-Charging Rs.15/- in every 20 days interval for each pack.

Pl.deactivate the same immediately or I shall bond to go to Consumer Forum/RTI

Bsnl subscriber is creating problem in portability process

I would like to port by mobile no from bsnl to airtel but bsnl subscriber is creating problem in portibility process. My latest upc no is be482857 dated 25.05.2011 which again rejected by bsnl subscriber. This was my 6th atempt from march 27 to till date.
Yesterday (24.05.2011) I deposited my mobile bill while my no is attached with my brother's mobile under bsnl plan ek duje ke liye and my brother is not closing his account (mobile no).
It is verious serious matter it is denial of goverment ruling.
Please take it seriously.

They are working in Goverment concern
lagta hai Government ruling (No Portibililty process) in per lagu nahi hoti hai...
