BSNL Mobile — Unwanted sms sent to 8895154485 &9437457350 with deduction of money

My BSNL mobiles bearing Nos.[protected] and [protected] have been registered in NDNC but lot of telemarketiers SMS are pouring daily and above all different services from 56505 are forcibly activated and moneys are being deducted from the Ac of the above numbered mobiles tough I have never opted for all these services.It is heard that 56505 has left the BSNL platform longago but it is strange that stii it is using the BSNL Portal and harassing customers with grabing of money from the Ac.Is it possible without the blessings of BSNL People.Moreover inspite of registering in NDNC how these SMS of telemarkieters are pouring.Hope this matter will be resolved at the earliest time or else several legal options are open for me under the statute of consumer protection Act and Siber crime.

i am a costomer of BSNL 3G DATACARD. Here i have 3g ( [protected]) (Post Paid current Rs645 plan.) bsnl data card as its shown its had a 3.6 mbps speed but its not have a at-least 2xspeed also..its very disappointing me i had given complaint also to bsnl office but its also not gonna be use..its just fake..its just loosing our money..POOR DATA CARD.
