I am BSNL mobile user. I have got miscalled from +[protected] number. When I have gave miscalled on this number. Its deducted 12 RS. from my recharge account. Its very serious matter.Please do need full action against this.

Sir,
I have one post paid BSNL mob connection No. [protected]. I have paid the last bill amounting to Rs. 1471/- through cheque at Hinoo BSNL Office, Ranchi. The amt has been debited from my bank account. However, all of a sudden my outgoing calls have been barred due to non-payment of bill. While contacted the concerned SDE admitted his mistake and advised me to make payment again in cash for immediate reconnection. Accordingly, I paid again the amount of Rs.1471/- in cash but in vain. Till 4-30 PM today outgoing calls yet to be debarred. This is not the first time I am to face this problem. In the past also I had similar experience. I am suffering a lot due to this problem. I like to know why appropriate action will not be taken against the irresponsible employee ? Who will be responsible for the loss of my business owing to this reason ?

BSNL — prepaid evdo balance enquiry

I have prepaid evdo connection of BSNL for internet but its balance enquiry not given in my evdo connection. so I cannot see my balance in my computor. To know my balance I go any other landline internet connection seerver . Sir it is wrong to BSNL services.

BSNL — Abusing

Dear Sir,
i've been getting lots of miss calls and blank calls from mobile no.[protected] for last week, he is using some wrong words n using some dirty language we told him that not to do this again, still i'm getting lots of miss calls/wrong SMSs and blank calls from this no. which is very irritating and harassing me mentally.

Kindly Requested to you that, please look into this matter as early as possible.

I have entered all fields required for land line bill payments. I have not received my authorization code to my mobile number. Pl. let me have the same immediately

BSNL — BSNL Internet Does Not work from Past 10 Days

HI,

My Landline number[protected].
I have a BSNL Broadband connection.

Internet is not working from past 10 days.
We had given the complaint over phone.
I did not get any reference /token number for the complaint also.

It feels bad, that I have to pay for the whole month, even though Intenet does not work for almost half of the month.

Please resolve.

for the last around 6 months i have been behind my faulty relephone no.[protected]. a close scrutiny of your complaint lodging register will show you the number of complaints lodged by me. it is a real pity that you have not been able to correct my landphone connection so far. it is equally disgusting to say that the billing is always on due date and with fine for delayed payment, whereas customers like myself are forced to pay the phone rent every month without using it. since i have bsnl broadband connection, i am not in a position to disconnect the landphone connection. it would be most welcome if my complaint will be attended to without any more pressure from my part.if no action is taken on my grievance at the earliest, i will be forced to disconnect the land connection very soon.
