Dear Sir, i am using BSNL Mobile Number. [protected] from last two years i have lot of problem. Unwanted and so many missed calls so i want list of incoming and outgoing calls with name of callers. The statement from 01.01.2012 to 29.11.2013. Thank u.

still the phone is unable to receive incoming calls.i think the bsnl is not at all taking it seriosly.since bsnl sent a man to chek it at home.it is all good at customer side he said & then said that there was some problem from exchange & he would notify them and the phone would get start by evening.but still problem not resolved.

my phone is[protected] and it's out of order , i was complained for that and respective person told me it's due to cabel fault and i suffer with problem since 4 months , in this period the bill are regular sended by bsnl

my phone[protected] remains faulty most of the times as its dropwire fro DP to premises crosses the road 2-3 times and DP is tied with tree. After so many complaints with the concerned nothing has been done.

BSNL — pyari jodi sim not activated

I have purchase new sim no[protected] against pyari Jodi on 30 Aug 2011. (pay Rs.33=00 receipt no 59407 dt[protected] Mobile no. allotted [protected] but till date sim not activated, so plzzzz activated my mobile no. soon. Please take action immediately

BSNL — Callertune Deactivation

I have talked to cuatomer support officer for deactivation of caller tune ............they responded that it will be deactivated within next 4 hours and no charge will be further deducted from my mobile account balance...
but it has yet not deactivated and two times caller tune charge has been deducted from my account balance/

BSNL — Unauthorised deduction of Recharged amount

1) I have not activated BSNL caller tune. But the same has been activated from 03-01-11and the amount was deducted from my account balance. I have sent a message BT DACT to 56700 for deactivation and then it was deactivated.
2) I have recharged for Rs. 20/- on[protected]. It was successfully recharged and balance amount displayed Rs.15.26/- But after a while, when I checked the balance it was reduced to Rs.-2.65/- Meanwhile I dialled for only 1minute. (Here I am availing 1 paise/second system). Still I cannot understand the utilisation of recharged amount.
In these ways amount is deducting from the balance amount without the knowledge of the customer. These are quite unfair.
In addition to this, I do not entertain all the commercial advertisements, music etc, through this BSNL service. For this, DNC (Do Not Call) has sent to 1909. It is also pending,
Hi, My Phone number[protected] is not working from last 3 months, I have already esclate this issue with SDO, & their seinor. but till now there is no response from BSNL side. I have offerdmy phone discussionation letter application with SDO due to this type of servies. please suggest for the same, if the issue not get resolved.

BSNL — POOR SERVICE FOR BROADBAND ON TELEPHONE No.0240 2483659

By Broad Band service is not working since 3rd Sept.I am not getting ADSL Link.Unable to contact Complaint No 2485100 as most of the time it is engage and you get a recorded message.
Suspecting Modem problem,I sent my person to BSNL office and got modem checked.It was confirmed to be OK.Then they checked ADSL link and confirmed that There is problem in line and will be looked into.Then upto 20/09 no body turned up.I put up a complaint on Toll Free number [protected].
On 21/09,2 technicians came from BSNL and informed that line is OK and you can test now.As I was having lunch I asked them to wait but they vanished.
I then checked,ADSL link was available but within 15 minutes got disconnected.
I again tried to book complaint on local no 2485100 and Toll free No [protected] but could succeed only on 23/09 and registered my complaint on local No.2485100.
Upto 26/09 nobody has turned up and my ADSL link is disconnected.
BSNL must restore the link immediately & waive the rental for the month of Sept 11 fully.
Also they must compenste me for the inconvenience & mental agony caused due to poor responce .

BSNL — Cancellation of GoD service

Hi,

This is Arul selvi from Chennai. Without my knowledge some unwanted service named "Gamed on Demand" was activated to my BSNL landline account. I would like to deactivate the same. My landline number is[protected]. Kindly do the need full. I do not want to pay for something which I don't use and which I never know.

BSNL — deactivation of caller tunes of bsnl

my bsnl mobile no.is [protected] & I do'nt want any caller tune from anyway so pl do not deduct any amount from my mobile for caller tunes
although i have informed to service provider bsnl, but my previous experince was that in spite of my complaint they have deducted callertune charges from my mobile.so pl. send instruction to bsnl for not to deduct any amount in future from my mobile. informing us by sms.

BSNL — Sporadic connectivity/no redressal of complaints

Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I (Nasim Akhter of 8/1C, Tanti Bagan Lane, Kolkata - 700014, West Bengal) have been using BSNL Broadband via BFone (phone #[protected]for approximately a year now. I am under an unlimited plan for which I pay Rs. 750/- per month + call charges + taxes extra. The connectivity was good at the beginning when the connection was new. After around 3 to 4 months the connection was sporadic against which i made multiple complaints which although were redressed within 48 hours used to start over again. This time starting around first week of september, the connection again was extremely sporadic (would connect for around 15 min.or less and then would go off for 5-6 hours before getting connected again for 15 min.or less). On 16/09/11 I registered a complaint vide docket # C3841. The connection was not restored for more than a week. I made a complaint again vide docket # D7338.Still no action was taken in this regard as the status of my connection remains the same. I have suffered enough losses on account o[censored]nstable connections for prolonged periods of time.
