[protected] AT 1:08:55 PM 26.08.2010 AND RECHARGE STATUS IS SUCCESSFUL IN MY LOGIN TRANSACTION STATUS AND MY BANK DEBIT THE SAME AMOUNT OF RS. 50. BUT TILL MY MOBILE NOT RECHARGED.PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL.......................... AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.

BSNL — not activation of scheme
sir i buy a bsnl sim of [protected] with JAIJAWAN scheme but up to present my scheme is not actevated on [protected] & [protected] .pl activated it as early as posible.BSNL / Broadband Connection — Bill asked for dead Broadband line
Hi Sir,We had a BSNL broadband connection, which was dead from last 1 year and more but inspite of several complaint the broadband line remained dead. We paid bill at starting few months in hope of getting our phone dead issue addressed but. It did not happen now we are still receiving the bills.
Kindly waive our bill off and get our connection cut immediately

BSNL Call Center — not responding
RESPECTED SIR,MY SELF RAVI SHARMA FROM MUMBAI.I AM USING THE BSNL SIM PREPAID SERVICE.SO I HAD DONE THE TOP UP OF 55RS FROM ONLINE INTERNET.SO MY BALANCE HAD NOT CAME YET.SO I HAD ASK TO THE CUSTOMER CARE, SO THEY TOLD THAT YOUR BALANCE WILL BE GIVEN WITHIN 24HR.
SO THE BALANCE HAD NOT CAME YET.AND NOW I AM DOING THE CALL TO THE CUSTOMER SO THEY CUT MY CALL OR DOESN'T RESPOND
SO,I REQUEST U SIR THAT PLZ TAKE ANY ACTION ABUT THEM

BSNL — 3G DATA Card Fault Bill
I'm one of the victims of whopping BILL from BSNL for my 3G Data card Internet usage (my plan was 999 postpaid plan).All of a sudden I received an interim bill manually signed and asked me to pay the bill value of about Rs. 22K. I never got such a bill value in my past months.
To my knowledge I have not used internet to match up the calculated data usage.
I'm literally helpless. Please extend your helping hands.
My landline phone no.[protected] is dead since last 3-4 weeks. the complaint no. is [protected]. please get it set right.

i purchased a bsnl prepaid sim of Rs 32 in Jharkhand, Bokaro and getting messages from idbi bank that i have make a "transaction of Rs 500 from debit card thank you for using idbi banking services" ! So i never called on this number by any another phone because i am in doubt that this number is already exists but i don't know who is using it ! This is my first day with sim and i got 1 message which i mentioned above so please kindly help me ! My number starts like this 94313****3 ! Please Help Me...! :(

sirI am bsnl land line customer in kerala kurianoor [protected],more than 3 months finish now my home land line no is not working,Is reporting bsnl office only that day is working properly.after again same problem.its there have underground cable damage and then that conection now put in overhead line now.i reqest to new underground cable but not providing and i receeving verbaly coment there is no stock in cable.many tme i rase complaint in bsnl 198 also.kindly check the compaint and gve me reply

BSNL — OutGoing blocked
I hav complaint many times in customer care bt they say me ur id has not deposit till now.Bt I hav deposit it again or my outgoing is not worked till now.Last time I hav contact to Bsnl Jaisalmer so they say to me ur outgoing has blocked frm Banswara.once I contact to Banswara so they say me pls contact three where u had purchase ur SIM.It's fixing in May 2011 to till now
