My land line telephone number [protected] has not been working since last one month. I have contacted the concerned exchange/asst.engineer/divisional engineer. So far service has not been restored.I have no pending bills.

BSNL — Ghost Charges

I have a BSNL postpaid mobile connection since 2005 with number [protected]. The last few months BSNL is sending mobile bill with fictitious premium SMS charges and deducting a heavy amount which I am compelled to pay under fear of disconnection. I have made several complaints online to BSNL seeking about the details of the SMS made and the agency but it has fallen into deaf ears. Now, I would like to request BSNL through your forum to provide the details about all these SMS made or else to refund the total amount so deducted on this account.

have applied for the BSNL New landline and BB connection on 23/11/12, receipt Number BGLHLS[protected] DATE 23/11/12, TILL KNOW I HAVE NOT GOT THE CONNECTION, WHEN I CONTACTED THEM NO ONE RESPONDED POSITIVELY, A MOBILE NUMBER IS GIVE TO ME BUT THE PERSON DOES NOT RECEIVE THE PHONE, NEARLY 100 TIMES I HAD CALLED THIS NUMBER, PLZ TRY THIS NUMBER [protected]. BSNL — Deactivate 54000 service

Inspite of making innumerable complaints to your call center this service is not being deactivated. Since October 2012 my balance gets reduced by Rs.5/- every week. I get a message from 54000 in which there are some boxes, "p" and a "?". My mobile no is [protected].
