Unwanted and so many missed calls so i want list of incoming and outgoing calls with name of callers. The statement from 01.01.2012 to 29.11.2013. Thank u. Update that Complaint Dear Sir Pls send the statement as earlier as possible to my email-id [protected]@gmail.com May 01, 2014 roshu-g's response still the phone is unable to receive incoming calls.i think the bsnl is not at all taking it seriosly.since bsnl sent a man to chek it at home.it is all good at customer side he said & then said that there was some problem from exchange & he would notify them and the phone would get start by evening.but still problem not resolved.

BSNL — bsnl - balance deduction with customer concern
My mobile balance deduction is taking on with out my concern. While calling the customer care it says to call when it will be minimum balance but i when the balance is at minimum , also it says to call while at minimum balance. Now i want to complaint a case against BSNL, and return a returns of Rs 540/- which is the total of 14 monthsBSNL — Unauthorized change of plans
I took a BSNL STUDENT SUVIDHA pack two years back. The offers i had was all local mobile calls at 49ps per minute and sms of 2000 per month free. The company had taken of all the offers and introduced 72ps per minute and started taking balance from the sms sent.When enquired i was asked to either take MNP or wait till the company introduced any new plans if ever. They had not had the courtesy even to hear the complaint with patience. If we take a plan it is ok to change with prior intimation. I did not get the connection for free and i paid for my connection and the usage till this second and for that i need to get clear confirmations of any change. If some ministers cheated the government in the 2-G scam, it is not the people who should be responsible for that. The government should try to bring back the blackmoney they cheated and it should not be taxed onto the citizens in anyway. You all are playing with our hard earned money and still we get the extra [censored] taxations. My sim no is[protected] with mobile no [protected]. Please provide me PUK code to unlock the sim.

BSNL — Billing Issues
I have surrendered my phone BSNL Tel .[protected] Bill of Account no [protected] ) 3 months back but still I am getting Tel. Bill.It was not working from Aug-2012 finally I frustrated and surrendered the phone. I think line mans are using this connection. It is really a big harassment from BSNL to common man.

BSNL — does not working both outgoing and incoming calls
I have port before 4 feb 2013 and it almost hase ben done in bsnl. but after port sim is not working for call I have complant to custumer carealso but the are not taking seriously my problem so immediately will solve my problem

hey i m saurabh my request is pls deactivate all aditional services on my internet portal. my landline no.[protected] Sir, I am a BSNL Cell one prepaid user with mobile number [protected]. I was charger Rs 42/- (30 + 12) for BSNL caller tunes on 23 Jan 13 for 30 days without any request. When I contacted customer care they said ' due to server problem' the service has been activated and will be deactivated and amount will be given back to ur mobile account, but till 16 Feb 13 neither service was stopped nor amount given back. caller tune only works sometime. Yesterday, on 17 Feb 13 I was again given a message stating that u have been charged Rs 12 for ur BSNL song and Rs. 30/- for BSNL tunes renewal. today I tried to contact BSNL customer care numerous times but matter not solved,
BSNL — BSNL not porting my number in other company, continuously ejecting my requests
Sir,I have try 3 times to port my number in other company but BSNL continuously canale my porting requests, BSNL provide me port number but not leave my number, i have submitt my documents or port number in other company 3 times but BSNL continuously rejected my requests.
I am facing so many problems with this company main is network problem.

BSNL — unauthorised activation of services
I am Jayasheela, using the BSNL mobile prepaid services. Mobile no [protected]., But from 2 months BSNL activating services unauthorisingly and reduced my prepaid balance more than 150/- till date. If I recharge 110/-., after 15 mimutes., will get message wtih reduced balances. I tried to call customer care but no use. I request help from the forum and stop this nonsence money making plan.38%
