Respected Sir,
My land line phone is not Working from last 20-25 days as I did complain on 198 number but BSNL officer or Worker are not responding .I have visited 4 times in Telephone Exchange C.A road,Bagadgang Nagpur,My Telephone no.[protected] the phone is registered on name of my father Sushil kumar Roy.
please kindly I request take some appropriate Action against them.

ON 13 jan i had recharged my BSNL mobile no [protected] for rs 330 through my ICICI accoount. the same has still not been credited in my talk time. today is 15 jan. my payment confirmation id is[protected]

BSNL — Recharge issue

Hi,
I called up the toll free consumer line [protected] as well as regular lines [protected]/56/57/58 "N" number of times but it is always busy or ringing with nobody picking it up and luckily someone picks up then you are put on hold indefinitely.
Myself Tarun Agarwal belong to district Gautam Buddha Nagar(U.P), i want to complain against BSNL Mobile service provider , i had recharged my mobile with 344.00 rs and after that i had received a message from BSNL of recharge confirmation. But I had not credited my mobile with any amount or voucher.
When I called to BSNL customer care they said that we can not do anything for this.
so please help me for this as soon as possible.

BSNL — Non payment of refund money

sir/madam,
On[protected] i had applied for bsnl broadband prepaid connection(receipt number:[protected] at RRN01, rajarajeshwarinagar. After a wait of 4 month, i went for the refund of registration money as i was denied the service, citing "connection infeasible" as the reason. Its January 2013 and i'm still waiting for the refund. kindly bring this to the notice of the concerned department. My contact number is-[protected]

BSNL — disturbing line with engage tone

I lodged 6 complaint within 25 days regarding disturbing line with engege tune in landline no[protected] but no action taken place inspite of our several reminders. Please take action immeditely.

BSNL — non deposit of security and advance

I have taken broadband wifi connection with my existing no([protected]) but due to non working of wifi I have returned my conncection but till date after long followup i am not getting my advance and security deposit.You are requested to intervene as concerned SDO is not providing the appropriate service.

BSNL — Unauthorised sms from 595950015 and 595950007

MY MOBILE NUMBER IS [protected]
I am receiving unauthorised sms from[protected] and[protected] saying that service has been renewed and Rs. 15 and Rs.7 have been deducted.

I have never subscribed to these services.

Please deactivate them immediately.

BSNL — unfair deduction

sir after activating d new message scheme for 7 days on 19th Jan
still 60 paisa is being cut from 22nd January
