Aug 13, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Dec 04, 2013 shameesams's response My previous complaint Dear Sir, i am using BSNL Mobile Number. [protected] from last two years i have lot of problem. Unwanted and so many missed calls so i want list of incoming and outgoing calls with name of callers. The statement from 01.01.2012 to 29.11.2013. Thank u. Update that Complaint Dear Sir Pls send the statement as earlier as possible to my email-id [protected]@gmail.com May 01, 2014 roshu-g's response still the phone is unable to receive incoming calls.i think the bsnl is not at all taking it seriosly.since bsnl sent a man to chek it at home.it is all good at customer side he said & then said that there was some problem from exchange & he would notify them and the phone would get start by evening.but still problem not resolved.

BSNL — less deduction in free call charges

in my land line Bill M.O. Jan.2013 the amt of free call charges deductuon should be Rs.44.80
but by mistake it was deducted Rs.4.80 insted of 44.80 so please Deducte Diff. amount Rs 40/- in My next month Bill Feb.2013 and oblige.

BSNL — Deducting a lot of money by starting unwanted services

my BSNL no. is [protected] and bsnl is deducting a lot of money by starting unwanted services by their own, even after calling their toll free no they don't stop it.they only say that u have asked for this service. pl do some thing to stop this type of illegal theft of customer's money.
BSNL — cutting the money without activation of any services
on[protected] i lost my balance without activation of any service, they told me that i am activate it but i cant bsnl network is the worst and they are cheating very high from the customers, its big fraud network in India

BSNL tune by my name — name tune not activated
sir, i have activated my color tune since one month ago by name(MR ROMI) but yet not activated by name, it is only playing by song which is not need for me,to i have lost again 42.00.it is cheating completely .i want my bsnl tune by MR ROMI. i have already lost one month charges in my account.to day it has been deducted anther @42.who will give my money what i have lost twice in two month.i want to solve my problems immediately.BSNL — Handset not provided of no. 2790399

Pre paid Balance of my BSNL mobile is getting reduced by Rs 8/- on every other day. On enquiry at Customer care Toll free)1503 I was informed that there some service got activated.How did they (BSNL) can activiate a service without my request?
Is it legally right and valid to siphon off the money just like that?

BSNL — my account has been cut off but recharge was incomplete
I had recharged Rs 50 to my BSNL MOBILE NO [protected] through indian BANK debitcard using Paytm site and I get no confirmation massage from paytm site that my account has been recharged, my balance cut off from my account but my account does not recharged .I would be glad if takes some action against Paytm.
