bus — Bus was draining throughout inside while running

On 14/11/2009, we took Madurai bus approx. around 4.00 p.m. from Singanallur Bus stand. Around 6.30 p.m. due to rain, it started leaking from the top ceiling and was draining around five to six seats at different places for approx. for 1/2 hour.

Unfortunately, we were going to attend a marriage with good dresses which all got wet and, since the bus was already very very dirty, it spoiled our dresses maximum. Sir, we are paying for such an inconvenient traveling.

We request you to kindly look into this matter with concern please for the welfare of the public.

bus — not stopped at the stop

The Kerala state Transport Bus which I boarded from Mananthavady at around 12:15 pm on 4/4/11 did not stop at Govt.Engg. College, Wayanad stop which is a designated stop for LS/FP/TT buses.As the conductor did not give the bell,i requested him to stop,but in vain,and insulted me in public. And I was compelled to alight at Thalappuzha, 2km away.

I am Dipti.As usual I made bus pass of Rs.40 on 17th Aug,11, as 5 rupee i need not to pay having BMTC ID card,.
For this reason Bus conductor threw my mobile which is not working now.
Bus no is -KA 01, F-3520(Written in back side of bus).
If BMTC does not support mr by today I ll complain to police.

I would like to make a notice for the above mentioned report, , Yesterday i happened to go to Vannarghatta to visit my aunt i took G4 bus No. 4651, , , the Conductor misbehaved and even spoke rudely in his language which i didn't understand and he didn't dare to return my money back my change though it wasn't a big amount it was just Rs. 12 but if he really needs money why don't he beg instead of taking money like this, , , It would really be good if any action could be taken against that conductor

The bus named "JAYES" from S. chittoor to Eramalloor via padma is not taking deviation from cemetry junction to paramara temple road, North. Instead they go by taking deviation from KASBA police station road. It is creating much problems for those who are going to north railway station side as there are only a few buses (two or three) from chittoor that going via padma. While asking them why this happens, they say metro project works are in progress thats why. But there is no problem for the other buses that are going via padma. kindly take necessary action.

I would like log a complaint in reference to BEST bus service management.I want to strongly point out such worst scenario.I am regularly traveling and starting journey from Kurla depot to chandivli junction by 320 bus no.I myself as well as no. of people finds difficulties by going this route.most of the peak hour time people don't wait in a ques they simply get into the bus. they don't bother about people who are waiting in ques.They must arrange to increase the bus frequency.Some time they don't release the bus even tough they have 2-3 buses are on stand by mode and at the same time there is no availability of ticket collector. Also there is no proper frequency of bus.

I hope that this thing you will take seriously to work out.
