[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Cheating by Reliance communication

I am reguler customer of reliance but they do not show intrest to solve my problem so i advice every one diconnect all Reliance phone .

Respected Sir,

I send blow mention complaint your customer care but they do not take any action against my complaint.Reliance offer me a plan some one come & collect cash regarding this plan
also given me a slip no.[protected] dtd.28.08.2009 attached with this mail scan copy of for Rs. 700(seven hundred rupees).Against this when i followup my plan & complaint from your customer care centre they said that refused that they do not recd. cash.Till date neither they change my plan nor credit the amount in my account.

I think reliance is big company if they treat his customer like this it is very shame full for company.

Pls take action for my complaint as early as possible.

Pls note that my self Chitra Shal Garg my reliance no.-[protected] my current plan is 770/- Reliance to Reliance Local & STD unlimited free. I have received a call from Reliance R World (No.-[protected])

As on 27.08.2009 and told me that you are selected in draw and reliance offer you new plan 425/- per month rent and offer in this plan 5000 minutes free Reliance to Reliance and other call charges Rs. 0.50/- per minute. He demands Rs. 700/- as security deposit and it will be less in my 1st & 2nd reliance bill. He call as on 28.08.2009 for collection of 700/- on above no. And than call me new no.-[protected] for collect Rs.700/- and executive come in my office as on 28.08.2009 and collected from me Rs.-700/- and my one passport photo and photocopy of my pan card and give me Receipt no.-[protected] Dt.-28.08....2009 & said that it will be change in 24 hours but my plan is not change as on till date. I call many times on this (no.-[protected]& [protected]) but they did not pick my phone. When I call on Customer care center of reliance they said that they have not received any request fm my side & no application pending at there regarding this Plan.
