[Resolved] Coca Cola Company — Thums up thunder wheel contest | |||
Dear sir, I want to register a complaint against against coca cola company, india, for doing fraud with their customers, as there is contest where consumer need to send 9digit code to[protected] and he could win a suzuki gs150r every hour for 45 days between 10am to 6pm, but from last 2-3 days this no. Is switched off, and it is being switched on only for 2-3 mins. I have sent many sms in that particular hour, so i have more probability of selecting as a winner in that hour, but due to companies fraudulant act this could not be possible, please help me.. If company don't want to offer the bike than better don't come with the contest only na, why to waste customers money & make "negative goodwill". I want justice. Please help me. people relax... my self chandrasekhar. am selfemployeed belongs to andhrapradesh. am really happy to talk about cocacola company since i won suziki gs150r in lucky dip...i got a call and they announced me as a winner.and i would be getting the bike in couple of days... people keep sending sms wit uniquee code...i[censored] pple r lucky wil get. anyways thanks to thumsup company and suziki.

I have talked personally to Mr.Chandrashekhar.He has won Suzuki GS150R he has sent just two sms to thums up.On next day He recived a call from Coca cola & they have collected all details of Mr.Chandrashekhar.They have also told him that he should need to Pay 30% tax for the bike he has won.He is very happy on winning Suzuki GS150R.He live in Tirupati district of Andhra Pradesh.
Now i think that the contest is not fake.Its a real contest.

i have participated in thunder wheels ofer more than 1000 time and i have kept all the number plates with me from two months now i think it is all fake so i am throwing them in next one week ...

Till the last date of contest i have Sent almost 305 entries but no way.I have not won a single prize.I think Coca Cola is fooling us by this type of Fake contests.As till date no one has got his bike.One or Two people have recieved a call from coca cola that they have won Suzuki but after that nothing is happened they have not recived any communication from Coca Cola.
Is there any law by that we can drag coca cola to consumer court for making all of indian people fool.

The coca cola company was conducted fruad contest to get some benifites from consumers if so we should not use such brand which could lead us to become as fool get money from us. if the contest is true then who the bikes & who won bumber prize how we can know. and this not a email we got that wowuld be from some one else. this is printed on every bottle of thumps up so please understand those people who have used us. and thier should be some law against such people.

Please give me clear details & information. There are many people receiving prize money from Coca-Cola and all...I want to assure that you are not unique or have won anything...moreover it's a hoax made from Malaysian hackers...(believe me...I'm an ethical hacker and not an idiot!)
