I have applied SBI credit card through your sales executive .He has taken my all documents along with my application.but still i ma not recived my new card or satus.Please give me a feeed back as early as possible.

Hi Sir,
I have applied for S.B.I Credit card thru online. I recieved call from customer care and heard executive will approach in a couple of days. i am waitng for executive past one month with all documents. I did not get any responce from them. Please consider my query and Please do favore to me. Please let me know your comments.

i have closed my credit card in 2002
but in 2010 sbi credit card ppl call me and ask 13897.12 rs
they not give me any details of this amount .
they have threaten me, they have also used abuses words, due to my safety i have given this amount .
the people name is "varun" " malkeen" etc.
due to these threats i m hospitalized, my bp is going high

please take sum strict action

I booked my ticket through my citi bank credit card the reference no. [protected] on 07/03/2010 for an amount of Rs. 1204 and transaction charges Rs.21.67. I have been charged twice by mistake since there are two reference nos bearing the same number on the same day. I request you to kindly give me reversal on the exess amount and inform citibank.

I have applied SBI credit card through your sales executive .and i got confirmation from sbi credit card department, and my card is came(through one of the courier- exepress it) and courier peoples called me and came to my office and i told them to wait 15 minutes because i was somewere out side, that time he told i will come tomorrow same time and hand over the card to u, so i agreed and next day i called him, that time he told we are sent ur card back to the branch u call and confirm with coustomer exicutive.( before it is roam arround branch to branch in bangalore city)

Credit Card — late payment charges

Dear sir/madam
my credit card no. is [protected]
payment due date was 1/04/2010 & check (Rs.2000/)icici dropped
on 29/3/2010 at sec-14 guregaon.& in current statement i have been charged with late payment.Then i contact customer care on 15/04/2010
one executive telling late payment charge due to not paying tottal amount due & another executive telling a/c debited on 8/0410.
min. amnt. due was Rs. 730.
Request u pls. do needful action & revert back to me.

Dear Sir,

I had got my credit card about a month back and had not used it at all, as I didn't hv much use for Credit Card but got coaxed into buying by persistant phone calls as much as two to three times a day. In order to get rid of disturbance, I reluctantly got card. The phone calls hv not stopped and continue to be a constant source of distracation on my mobile and office phone creating serious distraction and nuisance. On 17th April 10, Saturday Holiday, on summer AN, I suddently got a SMS congratulating me on my first USE of card, although I hvn't used it at all. this SMS alarmed me rearding some misuse on my card and spent anxious precious time fm my AN sleep to find out that there hs bn no usage.

I am a retired senior citizen and certainly doesn't relish such shocks or alarms. I want to surrender my card and pl tell me how to go about the same. I SINCERELY REQUEST YOU NOT TO PLEASE CONVINCE ME TO RETAIN CARD, I HV GOT FED UP WITH PERSISTENT DAILY REMINDERS EVEN WHEN I GOT THE CARD AND NOW THIS WRONG MESSAGE.

I wd tear off the card and throw away in case I don't get immediate redressel to my problem, please respond, with thanks and regards,

Credit Card — incorrect statement for credit card no. 4384599913473624

Sub: incorrect statment on credit card no.[protected]
Ref: your mail dated 13/4/10 from [protected]@hsbc.co.in and SMS dated 13/4/10 around 8 pm.

Dear Customer Manager,

This is inform you that I have already written mail in this regard on 14/4/10 amd also on 19/4/10 which remain unreplied.

I wish to bring to your notice that you have indicated debit amount of Rs. 2204. Please note that you have raised wrong statement as I have not used my debit card for last 8 months and my last statement has credit amount. I feel that there is some error in generating statment or check whether you have issued same number debit card. I would like to mention here that I am not going to pay any amount as I have not used the card. Similar thing has happened in past too and during telephonic discussions with call center, the amount was reversed due to wrong billing. I feel similar thing has happened. I therefore request you to reverse all entries and confirm accordingly. Please note that I have faced wrong levied of interest charges too in past though it was not my fault. Please note that in case I do not hear from you within 3 days, then I would compelled to cancel debit card and forward this complaint to highest level indicating harassment to the customer due to fault created by HSBC.
