[Resolved]  Croma — toll free number never attended

I totally agree.. I bought a samsung Mobile F480 Model from One of the croma shops in Mumbai.I paid additional Rs 800 for the extended warranty.

The kind of support I get is awful.The Service centers dont have the spares to repair it under warranty and the Croma Toll free number[protected]
is never answered.All it says is "Please hold the line as we transfer your call".

This is a pathetic service provided by Croma and also Samsung for that matter.

Even we had a similar experience.We got the LG refrigerator from Chroma, Bangalore(Star Bazaar).The shopkeeper coaxed us to buy an extended warrenty for 2 years.After 1 year we faced a problem with our refrigerator.We kept calling the toll free number but inspite of repeated attempts, no one picked up the call.
Finally we called up Chroma (from where we purchased the refrigerator) They said that they would get back.Every time we called them they said they would get back.Finally one of the shopkeeper suggested that we call in LG service centre directly.The LG ppl were extremely prompt and got our fridge working again.But alas we had to pay for it from our pocket as the Chroma's staff hadn't come for service.

What a waste of money ... how long could we wait for our fridge to get back to the working condition.
Chroma people are just making money out of this extended warrenty stuff and we are the sufferers.

I am facing Same problem my mob is not working and it is out of warranty of 1 year but i have extended warranty of 2 years but cannot able to contact from toll free number. I feel also cheated

facing same problem. bought a mobile (from croma jalandhar) which stopped working on 8th day. registered a complaint. 1 month is overn ow. no one receiving my call. i dont know my mb's satus. hella poor service of croma store.
