i am Jahangir from bihar. i have booked the ubislate 7 in December 2011 and paid the payment in April 2012 through syndicate bank.my id is PM7E406 and my dd no is 572447.Till now the are saying that we will deliver your product in this week and they do not send.They give so many numbers for contact with them but not possible to make a contact with them.Sandeep kaur([protected]) always give a busy tone and Neha chadha([protected]) sometimes switch off and sometime not picking the phone this is the response from the data wind customer support.When we call on the toll free number [protected] then Always their phone is not responding and when we try for 50 times then a gent or lady pick up the phone and tell that:-
whats your name?
Where are you calling from?
Mobile number?
which product?
order id?
DD number?
OK wait for a minute we are checking your details...
After a minute they say that ya sir your order is in process we will deliver it in a week..
that's all and then they disconnect the phone and they can not give a answer about any query.
It seems that they take a payment for only saying for these some lines which i have mentioned above...
