[Resolved] Dd City Faridabad — not allocated yet plots | |||
I have booked 200 square yard plot in upcoming project of dd city faridbad in 2006 and deposit rs 2, 95000.00 as initial deposit, four year has already passed and company is not bother to allot plots. There is a market roumer that company is trying to allot flats instead of plots and they are trying to sell the plots in very high rates as everyone know that due to metro and flyover there is huge jump in faridabad real estate company is trying to beefol the investors / persons who applied for plots and invest their hard earned money in search of house. I request all the depositiers to join hands and take legal action aganst this type of culprit companies Was this information helpful? | |||

There was a bail hearing yesterday. I am working in Bangalore and was hence unable to attend it.
I dont know the developments yet. Looking forward to someone posting it here :)

I have also been duped by these crooks. I had given money in 2005 for Mohali project but nothing has happened till now. I had started askeing for my money since 2010 and was given check (for 6 months ahead) in Sep 2011. Now all checks have started bouncing back. I have sent a notice to these crooks. Let us see how it goes. Thanks

Case against DD group is at critical stage. Next date of hearing is on 10/12/12 in the court of Justice manmohan. All interested persons are requested to be present on that date to form pressure group.
i had my next date on 12 jan 2013..date .date and new dates..no further developments..
The show is going on strong. Court activity is continuing. Economic Offence wing is also searching for Mr Gambhir.
DD has broken the trust of hundreds on investors and they will need to or be made to take corrective action by the law.
