There was a bail hearing yesterday. I am working in Bangalore and was hence unable to attend it.
I dont know the developments yet. Looking forward to someone posting it here :)

Be there, today (March 30) 9 am at delhi high court. Customers to gather to oppse the bail application.
As of last week Sanjay Gambhir was in jail. This is the time to act.

I have also been duped by these crooks. I had given money in 2005 for Mohali project but nothing has happened till now. I had started askeing for my money since 2010 and was given check (for 6 months ahead) in Sep 2011. Now all checks have started bouncing back. I have sent a notice to these crooks. Let us see how it goes. Thanks

Nothing significant has happened. Sanjay gambhir is still trying for bail.
i naresh chhabra also invested my hard money with these frauds named Rangoli Project and than DD Motors, and I really never know about all this, just today i called up in dd office and came to know about all these and I am also stand not to accept any interest we want plot.
yesterday met with SI Kundan and sumbit my complaint against DD Motors as I came to know all these thing by day before yesterday, in the meeting he confirm that Gambhir is still in jail and trying to get the bail but he didn't fulfill the court requirment, and next hearing is on 24/08/2012.
my case is going on in fbd court...court has ordered for summon to DD... my next date is 28.07.2012...piyush [protected].. [protected]@bhel.in
I have also invested in DD motors. What do we do? Is there a case going on against DD? Piyush, can you suggest?
any recent development. Case is disposed off in supreme court.

Case against DD group is at critical stage. Next date of hearing is on 10/12/12 in the court of Justice manmohan. All interested persons are requested to be present on that date to form pressure group.
i had my next date on 12 jan 2013..date .date and new dates..no further developments..
The show is going on strong. Court activity is continuing. Economic Offence wing is also searching for Mr Gambhir.
DD has broken the trust of hundreds on investors and they will need to or be made to take corrective action by the law.
