no further updates... it seems that all has done settlement with DD!!!

Sanjay Gambhir & Reena Gambhir are on interim bail. Next date of court hearing is 29th may 2013 in high court.

82 & 83 have been issued to Tarun Kumar. hopefully he will be declare PO on next date i.e. 19th july 2013

i have a plot in faridabad, i m going for refund, i was told to go to high court, but i dont know where should i go in high court

I am pursuing high court case on behalf of complainants/investors against DD City (DD Township/Infrastructure/Buildwell Ltd.) as per recent order of High Court where the company is directed to make payments to the complainants/investors through High court that is by way of due process of law. There are some cases in which the investors have received their money through court procedure.

Manish Parwani is the main promoter of Beekman Helix and is responsible for this entire fraud. It has been learnt from reliable sources that he has escaped to Singapore and spends most of his time there to avoid prosecution in India and also the wrath of creditors who are trying to locate his whereabouts. Parwani is apparently hiding in a gurgaon residential colony called National Media Center in House No. 74. Several investors have confronted him at his residence to demand their money and he has reached deals with them out of court. Not a bad idea to try and get our hard-earned money back from this fraudster..

Dear Victims of DD City, Faridabad.
I am A K Arora, also an affected party. I was in touch with the company to find out the latest status, which obviously they had been lying and hardly anyone gives any satisfactory reply.
As per my last conversation with Ms Mona in DD Infra office (so called office), she says that the hearing in this case is scheduled for dec end in the court of Justice Bhupesh Kumar, Delhi High court. Do not know how far is this true. We should all unite and take up this matter further to put pressure.
Just for knowledge sake, has anyone got the refund so far?
This lady Ms Mona tells me that around 300 persons have got the refund.

Even i had booked a plot in rangoli projects of 250 sq metres in sonipat in the year 2005 and another installment was given in the year 2007 and they agreed to give the possession very soon .recently injanuary 2016 i went to there head office in okhla phase but there was no office.if anyone has any update about this information pleasr let me know.my name is manu partap and my email id is- harman.[protected]@gmail.com
