You don't have to submit your complaint here if you need to take help from D&Y. It is better if you contact with the official authority of D&Y. One should not just spread confusion about such a good company. I have my personal experience with D&Y since a long time now. I really trust them. Please contact them and they will surely help you.

Deals and You — Fraud done by Deals and You
i have booked a 3 Piece Travel Set worth Giordano Travel Set (3 Piece)-Beige [Rs 5,999]on the 23rd of May'2011. I was told that it vl reach your place within 21 days.But when i called the concerned persons after 21 days they first told me that a wrong colour set have been send by the company so they would be delivering it after a few days. A followed them up and on 21st of June,2011 i was told that it has been despatched and vl reach your place by friday or saturday.I again called up on Monday 4th of July,2011 i was told by the customer service representative that it has not been despatched as the product has not been reached at there end.The ustomer service representative are fooling me around as i am not able to know the correct status.It is creating a lot of problem as i am not able to concentrate on anythiny.i have saved that money from my savings for my sister marriage and i dont know whether i vl reach it on time or not. It is over 2 months now and nothing has been heard from dealsandyou. It must be the biggest online scam of 2011 and hardly any complaints are seen online.

Hi, This is Chinnappa from Bangalore. I have purchased kids laptop (2 nos) for Rs. 1500. Order No - 105906 on 6th May 2011. In the website, it was mentioned free home delivery of the product. After purchasing the coupon, I called the customer care and they promised me that the product will be delivered within a week. After that I called them around 8 times and mailed them around 7 times but they never gave me a proper reply. on 22nd July, they promised me that they would refund the money as they were unable to deliver the goods to Bangalore. But there was again silence from their side after this. Today again i called them and they refused to refund the money or deliver the goods. They asked me to collect the product from their vendor in Hyderabad. Also if I am unable to collect the product within 10th of August, I will neither get my money back nor the product. I think this company is a fly by night operator. Now looking at other complaints, I think this is a fraud company. What should be my next course of action. Yes, you are right. I booked similar Giordano baggage, and its been more than 1 month, no reply till now. They are just fooling around with no firm dates.
Do you have email id or phone no of their owners or promoters, i guess this is a totally fraud company in the making, will book all the orders and then run away with the money.
We need to raise an alarm immediately before they do this SCAM.

i have also been swindled by these scamsters. they have sold me something which the vendor doesnt accept order no 217065 dt 20th august. how many more people would have been swindled by these fellows.
Deals and You — Unethical Business Practices
I was a regular customer with DealsandYou.Then in November,I bought Lakshadweep Cruise vouchers U1I91FX8R0 and 4MRTIGLS6E through the offer on your Website "www.dealsandyou.com", but the company Blue Ocean Cruises has failed to honor its commitments. Inspite of countless phone calls made to them and numerous reminders of letting them know that after getting their verbal confirmation we booked our flight tickets to reach Mumbai from Delhi and Bangalore, our workstations. Since the cruise date was nearing and when there was no further response from Blue Ocean Cruises regarding the Ship details, or any other necessary information on bookings, I sensed that I have been given a Fake deal through your company website.
I have been following up with your staff for several days rather from February and have sent several emails to Mr. Rajnish who alongwith other executives at your end have not responded to any of the emails or the phone calls.
I fail to understand why your staff dither to get any senior person on call when they themselves cannot solve any issues. As a standard answer either everyone is busy in meetings or out for lunch. Is there any concern or place for customers in your company?
This transaction was made by having full trust in Deals and You. Its the prime responsibility of Deals and You to check the antecedents of the companies its working with and tying up for sales. You cannot afford to cheat on your clients faith in you as a company.
The losses I have incurred by buying this deal is irrevocable by me. For your information now, as most of your staff already knows this, I run a famous academy. I have lost out not only monetarily because of cancelling all my appointments, my new business ventures have been wraped up, the contracts I could sign during those days have been taken away by my competitors as i had to inform them of my absence. I had to cancel all events,functions,seminars which were falling in those travelling and cruising days.
On top of it I had to go through the rigamarole of calling up first Blue Ocean Cruise, emailing them every second day, and then either trying to call or talking with staff at Deals and You who always commit a callback within 1 hour which is never done, later sending emails to Mr.Rajnish etc. who never take the matter seriously.
I have already gone through a lot of Humiliation and mental harassment but I have not yet got my refunds till now.
