[Resolved] Dell — Warranty related issue of laptop | |||
I brought dell laptop on15 dec 2010 with one year warranty. At that time I didn't know about physical damage warranty which is extendable and optional. Now I have physical damage in my laptop. I went to my dealer but he misbehaved. I did complaint on dell customer service but they have not taken any action yet. Even I am not able to get any email address of dell head center. I purchase dell 1564 inspiron core i3 11 month ago from dealer he told me that i should buy an imported laptop so in any situations of service laptop will be taken to the service center by him. now i have problem that when start my laptop screen show nothing. and camera also not working & the dealer has shut down his shop and not answering proper, other service stations not responding...

I purchased a Dell Laptop on 17 th August 2012, after purchased it i saw a dot type pixel at the left side on the screen and i informed to technical support representative to get it replaced but all in vain.Now it has some more defects like DVD writer is not closing completely and the cover of LED is opening(tearing) from right side corner.
Kindly replace my defective Laptop and oblige.
