Respected Gentlemen, Re: Non delivery of my Dell Order No.[protected] dated August 5, 2010 ( Laptop booked in Mumbai, India) Customer No.[protected]India) Blue Dart Airway Bill No. [protected] ( Blue Dart, India) I had booked a Dell laptop in Mumbai, India, on August 1, 2010 from CROMA STORE, Bandra, Mumbai, India. (receipt No.5331 dated August 1, 2010) I regret to inform you that to date I have still not received my Laptop after having written several e-mails and phone calls to Dell India. The answer I get is it will be delivered tomorrow, but that tomorrow never comes. The customer sales person Mr. Santhosh Francis is never available on his phone and the phone always goes on his voicemail. I have called him twice and left a message but he has not bothered to reply me. (His Tel No. +[protected] I request you to kindly take up my case with the concerned person in India and please let me know when I should be receiving my Dell Laptop.
