Dell Mobile XCD35 — Poor Service | |||
We purchased Dell Mobile XCD35 from Aircel shop at Gaurav Towers in Jaipur on 17th Aug 2011 @ 10900rs. Actually we visited there to buy Blackberry or Nokia mobile, but your sales man conveniences us so nicely to buy Dell. We did so. After 3-4 days phone started giving trouble. Its sound was not proper. we visited to shop to inform the same, but he said it is OK. after some time it gone worsen. on 5th Sept 11 we visited again to the shop for the complaint. Then sales man informed us that its speaker has trouble & need to send this to dell service station & he assured us to give the same us back in 2 days. after regular chasing up we got our mobile back after around 15 days & it was not new, it has allot of scratches on screen & on side metal strip. we refused to take the same. then they requested us to visit Dell Service center. we visited the same & meet with Mr. Rahul. He shows us the 3-4 pcs but all has scratches on screen. we refused to take it. we have such a bad experience with the dell phone & you people are cheating with us, we requested many times to refund our money, but you people has made all the rule which benefit only the company not the customer. we wasted around 45 days & still we are bare hands, we lost our money & we lost our phone. Now we want a quick response from you to solve the problem because it is a high time now. you people are just giving us troubles & playing with emotions of customers. Either you give us the New Brand sealed packed phone or refund our money back as your representative at store & service center are not trustworthy. Our first preference is to get our money back.
