[Resolved] Digital Waves Samsung Authorised Service Centre Chennai — VERY POOR IN SERVICE | |||
I HAVE PURCHASED SAMSUNG MOBILE MODEL NO C6112 DUAL SIM ON 06/2010.THE MOBILE GOT PROBLEM ON 01/2011.I GAVE THE HAND SET TO THE DIGITAL WAVES SAMSUNG AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER ON 10.01.2011 WHICH IS IN MYLAPORE CHENNAI.WHEN I GOT INSIDE OF THE SERVICE CENTER I HAD TO WAITE 30 MINS TO GIVE THE HAND SET TO THE CONCERNED PERSON.FIRST THE SAID THE HANDSET GOT SOFTWARE PROBLEM AND AGREED TO GIVE IN TWO DAYS. AFTER THAT THEY ARE SAYING THE HANDSET GOT THE MOTHERBOARD PROBLEM AND THEY HAVE ORDERED FOR IT AND NOT GETTING IT.THE ARE VERY COOL AND KEEP ON SAYING THE SAME OLD STORY AND KEEPING MY PHONE FOR PAST 15 DAYS.MY BUSINESS CUSTOMERS ARE VERY MUCH DISTURBED AND FIND VERY DIFFICULT TO CONTACT ME.BECAUSE I AM USING ONLY ONE SIM. I HAVE BEEN USING THE MOBILE PHONES LIKE NOKIA AND SONYERICSSON HANDSETSFOR PAST 10 YEARS.BUT I HAVEN'T FACE SUCH KIND OF POOR RESPONSE I AM NOT GOING TO RECOMMEND ANY OF MY FRIENDS TO BY SAMSUNG MOBILES ANY MORE Was this information helpful? | |||
