[Resolved]  Dining Plus Card — Cheated by Diningplus Card Company in Chennai (India)

m/s dining plus has cheated by debited a amount RS.5499 FROM MY CREDITE CARD WITHOUT MY PRIOR INFORMATION SINCE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED FROM THEM NOTING EVEN THOUGH THEY NOT READY TO CREDITED THAT DEBIT AMOUNT.
SO ITS A MATTER OF SERIOUS CONCERN AND CASE OF FRAUDANT.
SO KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND DO THE NEEDFUL.

I have got a call from the sales executive of dining plus & I asked him to mail the outlet list in pune & the features of the card to take a wise decision.He said he wont be able to mail it.I don't know why these people cant give such simple details before buying a product & even I need to verify the card acceptance at the given list.The sales executive was unknown to these facts so how could they support when we actually take the card.So overall I have a negative feeling for the dining plus card as a service.

I received call from some company I unable to understand the name, after spoken ten minus I asked again they were hesitating to tell the name, finally they told me that Privileges Planning Plus India.

They told me that we are giving discount card for selected credit card customer, we offer only 597 customer, since you are very good customer we are offering this card, if you purchase anything from this card you will be geeting 25% discount immediately, this is unlimited card, you can purchase more than one lakh also, we wont charge you interest on late fee, late fee charges, and you have to pay Rs. 5499/- You can pay any no. of installment, it will be reflected in your next statement like that.

They asked me my SBI card no. and valid no. I told them, But I don't know that they will deduct from my SBI Card, after received sms alert then only I know that they have deducted from my SBI card, and also that company name called "Dinning Plus" I thought they are offering Discount Credit Card

They didn't told me that they are going to deduct from my SBI Card in a single word

How the credit card companies are having tied up like this fraud companies,

Without telling any information about the deduction from my card is Illegal.
And the information hiding while speaking with the customer is also Illegal

I am not interested in this Card, Please revert back my money Rs. 5499 to my account

Dining plus CARD is a fraud only. No one give your card number and name to the dining plus card promoter. They say that the amount will be paid later. But if you give your card number, immediately they swipe the money for Dining plus card. So please take care, while taking to Dining plus promotions.

I regret to note that marketing executive call me on 24/12/2011, 2and unfortunately
I have open my information to that fellow. My credit card was debited on 27/12/2011
giving that you will receive card and other whatever gift foolishly talking with over phone
But till date i.e. for at least 1 month I have not received any card nor any telecommunication
This is a chitting I found to be. Now I will wait for a weeks time or I am going to lodge
complaint to credit card billing for cancellation of the TRANSACTION WHICH I HAVE NOT GIVEN ANY SIGNATURE .

In dec, 2011 I got a call from some executive of diningplus giving me details of my name, address and other details of my hdfc credit card and offering me some offers on my card for different discounts for which I requested him to send me details on my mail address as it is not possible to take decision just now on phone. So he ask for some more information regarding my credit card just to send me details in mail.In next few days I got message on my mobile that my card has been debited for rs.5499.00 . Now I don't know how dining plus executive comes to know about all details of my credit card? even after my various requests my hdfc bank card division shown their inability to revert back this entry. I sent many mails to dining plus on their mail address- [protected]@diningplusindia.Com but got no reply. Today I phoned them on phone no.+[protected] and ms.Shilpa was on line and after listening to me told me that I would get a call from mr.Ravi in this regard with in 15 minuts. But when I tried again this number by not receiving any call from them, no body attended my call despite my various calls.
Till date I have not received any kit from dining plus in this regard nor I got any refund of money. Kindly advise in the matter. Their other details are as below:

They called me up today explained everything and asked what all credit cards I have. I said I have many VISA, MasterCard, Maestro... After that they connected me to the supervisor who asked me my CC no. I said I cannot give it over the phone and asked for the website where I can get more information and register. While talking to him I just searched for "Dining Plus" on Google and saw all the complaints.. I told him I was online and was looking at the complaints... he Immediately hung-up !!!

FRAUD Confirmed !!!

This is really shocking even happened with me Surprisingly on 14 feb 2012 5499/- amount got debited on my SBI card a/c without my knowledge I am going to lodge a FIR for fraud with Dining Plus.

It is to submit that one of your employee has phoned to us and asked my credit card number to change the card from visa to Master for getting easy purchase and benefits on it. I have viden my 16 digist SBI credit card number on belief on SBI but it is to my surprise that an amount of Rs. 5499.00 was drawn by unknow person on dying plus on 21.02.2012 with out our knowledge.

Hence I request you Sir to look in to the matter and do justice to me. Also I request you to kindly cancel the card number [protected] and issue new number by transferring the amount due Rs.15812.32.
ALSO STOP PAYMENT TO DINING PLUS AN AMOUNT OF RS 5499.00 WHIC WAS MAD TRANSCTION ON 21.02.2012

Yesterday I visited Rangla Punjab Restro in Thane. I offered my diningplus card and asked for the entitled discount, which is shown as 10% in the directory provided. The Manager simply denied any discount on the diningplus card. When I said that the latest directory provided to me a month back includes the name of Rangle Punjab for claiming discount, I was plainly told that they are not known about it. DININGPLUS is cheating peoples. I appeal all the prospective customers not to take this card anymore.

Iam also one of the new joinee in DINING PLUS CARD, Bought this card without knowing about this card and their frauds. Can anybody advice how to get back this amounts. I sincerely request this types of frauds should be escalated through the police and media.

How the banks are transferring the amounts based on the recorded messages. No executive came to me in person, They spoked with me though phone and transferred the amounts from my card in 4 days. This needs to be stopped.

Other wise our indians would be affected which will become endless.

I request the law known persons to advice on this and take necessary actions and escalate these types of frauds to media.

please refer to diningplus, new delhi, sms of 23rd january 2012 regarding transaction of rs.12, 499 ( Dr) made on SBI credit card number [protected] towards dining plus card membership. whenever the dining plus delhi asked about issue of dining plus card, i said that i don't want the card since i have already full amount due in my credit card. i have cut the SBI credit card and sent it to sri. amit kairu, senior manager, S.B.I cards DLF, infinity towers, tower 'c', 12th floor, block -2, building-3, DLF cyber city, gurgaon-122002.
i have sent the dining plus card received by me, by cutting it into two and sent it to the manager, Dining plus, State bank of india, regional office, 909, raheja centre, nariman point, mumbai - 400021 on 13.02.2012 with copy to amit kairu, gurgaon, 122002.
As such, i would, therefore, request your goodself to send credit voucher for rs.5499 to SBI credit card number [protected] so that my account may be closed by SBI credit card.
I hope you will send the credit voucher to SBI credit card so that may account may be made straight. thankyou .
