Aug 13, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Jan 18, 2014 suresh1986's response sir, we have recharged for rate cutter in docomo through PUR/MOBIKWIK/NEW DELHI/ id:041213 at 07:29. but we did not receive the recharge but they debited the amount from my account.we asked them to refund the amount but yet now we did get back. when we contact tata docomo customer care they told they will refund within 4 woking days but we did not receive yet. please help us to solve this problem

Dear sir,My mobile no is [protected] DO COMA I was using internet for rupees 98/- for a month Last week I recharged for internet for Rs 98/-
but I don't know where the money has gone? When I now recharge for talking and when I use for internet they are taking money from the money kept for talking so the DO COMA is taking money and cheating its customers
DoCoMo — Excess billing from Docomo
Hi,I have issue with Docomo Mobile Service Provider. I got the post paid sim in March of 2012. My number is[protected]. I planned to go to Delhi, as there is no Docomo Network Services, so I planned to move to other network (Vodafone) using MNP in june, 2012. Unfortunately I was in the same network for 20 days after doing MNP formalities. I was in the network for only 20 day, but was charged with Rs.709. I don't consider that as genuine billing. Please look into issue and sort out as early as possible.

fake flash message showing every balance info will come, its showing 39Rs recharge you will get 500Mb, 91Rs recharge 1Gb , 3G speed Internet,i recharged it for three times it credit 200Mb 3G only , i call several times customer care they told me it will not get, its fake message, some time they told me it will credit after 48hrs.

DoCoMo — not issuing new prepaid card
some day before i lost my sim card so i file police report and goto docomo shop for buy new prepaid sim card which i lost.but they tell me it is not possible to take aging prepaid , and u have to take postpaid connection.
i have no choice so i gave my document for process
