i m not able to set the playtune for delhi 6 inspite from the net or through the sms, i hve got the confirmation sms on my mobile but stil the tone has not set.

my caller tunes activated itself. after 10-12 month i am using my sim card. charges also deducted

In the dolphin, there is no callers tune of jainism also
if there r any tune available then please give me d code for thT...

services as to playtune is not good. No customer service executive direct/suggest right way to solve the problem. I downloaded two bhajan viz. 1. shiv dhuni 2. gayatri mantra and send a request to set gayatri mantra as playtune before one week. but still it is set as a default playtune. customer care executive is also unable to solve this problem. Rs. 25/- has been deducted in advance by MTNL.

But it is not available in the list of play tune of mtnl. please give me the RBT code of this tone. on other side this tone is available on my new mobile no.of airtell [protected]

Subject- msg service dysfunctional from the past 20 days

My mobile no is [protected] and i have been constantly calling 1503 to lodge complaints and even after the complaints have been lodged no action have been taken for the same. I have not been able to text and MTNL has not taken any sort of action. The first complaint was lodged on 19th November 2011 and the second on the preceding day. No action has been taken.
My sms service has not been responding for the last 20 days and everytime i send a msg it shows SENDING FAILED.

Please cater to the issues ASAP.

phone and net not working

Sir my landline no is 27844229. From last week there is no dial tone in phone and also internet connections are lost. I have tried many times to complain on 1500 and 1504.
