E-ZONE (venture of Future Group) a Home appliances and electronics retail chain is misleading people with its advertisement by writing wrong MRPs of products in its promotion catalogue and showing very high rates of discounts on the products. This is highly misleading and unethical as well as illegal practice. If you go through the attached file, you will notice MRP of Sony camera DSC-S930 Rs.9100/- with free accessories and a discount of 37.5%. This is totally wrong as the actual MRP of product is Rs.5990/- along with all the accessories mentioned in the ad (as per SONY INDIA website www.sony.co.in). Same is the case with many other products in different caregories. This is a very corrupt activity and should be punished for duping innocent people. Was this information helpful? | |

e-zone — wrong marketing
bought a multi prossesor kenstar mixer from e-zone shop which is in esteem mall -hebbal.i particularly told marketing person that i want a mixer which makes less noice.but when i got it home and checked it makes hell out of noise.and i called E-zone and i asked them for a exchange or repair .they were least bothered even to listen to me .so please help

e-zone — Poor Service
Hi,Bangalore Indira Nagar E-zone
I have purchased Samsung LCD worth 33, 000 Rs from E ZONE located at Indira Nagar Bangalore on 06th March 2011. They have committed me to delivery and installation will be done by next day. However they have delivered till now only. I have contacted them more than 20 times. Every time E-zone Manager " Moshin" and Service engineer "Vijay" they give excuses "Delivery team is on the way" and promise to deliver the same with in 30 min. It is more than 10 hours now and I am still waiting for the Supply. I would like to Logde a complaint against the E Zone for deficiency in Services.

e-zone — False Promise of lowest Price.
This happened in Feb 08. Me alongwith my friend purchased one Refrigirator from Ezone. At thas time they said that their price is lowest. If we get a Quote for a lower price they will gift double the difference.We have submitted a quote from a different chain stores and the difference was about Rs. 1200.
Till date, There is no response from this company.
Whenever we go there, they say alll flimsy reasons.
No person responsible was even ready to discuss the issue now.
