Sir,
I had a confirmed Rly ticket booked against PNR No. [protected] , [protected] *Return Tkt from RPH to SDAH on 13188 on 26.10.2012) & [protected] on 13017Up from BDC to RPH.
Gates of D1 were locked and pre-occupied by UTS ticket holders. We sought help from Rly Security (Some Paresh Ram-on Duty) Staff sas well as from the ASM , BDC. No help could come our way. No follow up steps were found to have been taken. Two calls did originate on following days from[protected] & [protected] from some , seemingly, higher Rly Official.
I have now a few points to make --
a) What corrective steps were taken against the written & lodged complaint No. 519615 dt 25.10.2012 ?
b) Was the man (Shri Paresh Ram) booked for his indifferent , haughty & unfriendly attitude ?
c) Why did the Rly Official feel or deem it proper to inform the complainant about the redressal measures taken ?
d) Why no fare was refunded-though applied for ?
