[Resolved]  Eastern Railway — Holding train for a long time

Dear Sir /Madam
We are the daily passenger of Bandel - Katwa line, we avail Katwa local from Bandel at 08.10 am. The practice is after arrival of Howrah - Bardhaman local the Katwa local starts. As per time table, the arrival time of Bardhaman local is before the departure time of Katwa local. But at Bandel station the train ( Katwa local ) holds for a long time , some time more than than 15 min. That means until / unless Bardhaman local arrives Katwa local wil not start. For the we are facing lot of problem to maintain our schedule.
