[Resolved]  Eastern Railway — irresponsible duty of TT & RPF

Sir,
I am Narendranath Konar. On 18.05.2013 i was traveling from Patna to Bhagalpur by train no: 13236 Danapur- Sahyabganj Intercity Exp.
My resurvation was at CC. My PNR no was: [protected].

After moving from Patna all local passengers comes into the CC compartment without reserved ticket & they make the compartment horrible.
TT & RPF was at a role of statue. I also take the picture of the compartment which is attached with this.

Kindly do your needful so that we can travel comfortable.
