[Resolved] Easy Cab — Booking request cancelled just before the departure time | |||
Hi, I had booked cab with Easy Cabs on 13th april 2011 for majestic railway station for next day morning and it got confirmed with service request no A[protected]. I got an sms at 4:45 am that your booking id A[protected] is confirmed with car and driver details mentioned and it will reach to your place at 5:00 am. But at around 5:00 I got another sms stating that "Due to some technical reason your booking is cancelled pleasse ignored the car details sent". When I called back to customer care he told me that right now no cab is available thats why your request got cancelled. Due to last moment cancellation, I missed my train and struggled to get another means to reach destination. I strongly criticize such an irresponsible and discrepant service which causes unwanted inconvenience to customers. I request to stop/fine such companies from operating.
