Easy Cab — Wrong details/Extra Charges

I would like to raise complaint against Easy Cab for their horrible service and wrong meter calculation. I would like to explain the whole story to you so that you can understand that the current service offered by your organization to the consumer world is horrible and the CEO of this organization should immediate pay attention to your operation rather than other strategic involvement.

Today, I booked Easy Cab at 3.00 PM IST from Lokhandwala Complex, Kandiwali (East) to Ghansoli Railway Station, Navi Mumbai
Recd. SMS confirmation at 3.05 PM with Chauffeur contact number -
Journey Start time - 3.25 PM IST from Lokhandwala Complex
Journey End time - 5.16 PM IST to Plot-14, Sector-5, Ghansoli (02 minutes walkable distance from Ghansoli railway station)
Distance covered - 47.863 KM
Toll charges - 30 INR (Since the router was VIA Mulund Airoli Bridge). Driver took the route of Lokhandwala Complex - Hanuman Nagar - Western Express Highway - JVLR - Powai Road - Eastern express highway - Mulund Airoli Bridge - Thane belapur Road
Total Payable amount - 834 INR


Now, I would like to understand the actual difference between source and destination. As per my experience since I weekly visit my Kandiwali house using my own Car) is around 32 to 35 KM
As per Google MAP, which I believe is the most advanced and up to date search engine is showing around 32.4 KM.

I don't understand which system and technology is used by your organization where 32 KM is converted into 47 KM. Even If I consider that the driver is not sure about destination address and I gave him benefit of Doubt, that case also 32.4 KM can be 35 or 36 to 37 KM and not certainly 47 KM.

When I tried contacting your support staff, they confirmed that as per their system its showing 47 KM only.

I have attached the soft copy of the Bill which I recd. from the driver and the latest direction map from Google.

If still you believe that your system is correct and the distance between these two points are 47 KM, help me to understand HOW.
