my address in some miss charcter, fathers name-shree PRADHUMAN CHAUDHARY but mention wrong in id card so please do the needful at hte earliest

My address is H.No. 4-5-177, Old gunj, Vikarabad, Ranga reddy district, here Old gunj is missing in my address.
Please rectify these wrongs in my Voter Identity Card.
