ELECTROLUX KELVINATOR LTD Global Business Park, 3rd Floor, Mehrauli - Gurgaon Road, Gurgaon - 122 002 (Haryana) Fax :[protected]/98 M O S T U R G E N T Sub : Repair/Replacement of Refrigerator Electrolux Make Model No.285 ERP Double Door Dear Sir, This is to draw your kind attention that I had purchased a Refrigerator of Electrolux make (Model No.285 ERP) on 8th April’06 from Great Eastern Appliances Pvt Ltd, 102, D.H. Road, Behala, Kolkata-700 034 and since then this machine has been giving trouble like, improper cooling, insulation problem, fan problem etc. and the servicing has been done by M/s. Millennium Service Centre (Authorized Service Centre of Electrolux Kelvinator), 17, Roy Bahadur Road, Kolkata-700 034. Recently, the machine has been given to M/s. Millennium on 5th March’08 since the machine was not exhibiting proper cooling. Specially, the lower half was not at all functioning properly and as a result water was coming out from machine all the times. Since then, I have contacted so many times to your officials like Mr. Amlan Ghosh[protected], Mr. Mallick[protected] & Mr. Niraj[protected] and nobody has given satisfactory reply. They have confessed that they cannot rectify the cooling arrangement from inside rather they proposed to install a condenser outside which is totally non-conventional and the said proposal was rejected by undersigned. Meanwhile, I have been offered a proposal for replacement of ‘New Freeze’ by paying some extra money after deducting the depreciation amount (two years) from the purchase price of Rs.15, 000/- (April’06). I am not ready to pay the balance amount even as the machine is a defective one from the day. So, kindly intervene and give your valuable advice immediately to your Kolkata office. Moreover, I am in terrible situation as my daughter is appearing to ICSE Exam and I am passing on the Summer days without refrigerator. Look forward to receiving your valuable reply at the earliest. Electrolux Split AC Of 1. 5 Ton — no service after payment also
i have a complained agains electrolux company for harassing me and cheat me. My split ac have a no cooling problem since 25 apr 2012 on 30 apr 2012 i registered the complain (complain no ERAI [protected]) of that problem. The engineer visited and told me that it has a gas charging prblm so dont worry no big problem is there. just filled the gas and the ac will b ok they charged me rs3000 for the service i paid them the amount. After some time of fitting that the ac have the same problem when i asked the engineer that what is this he said it may be some minor problem pls give me one day i repair it. Thet took him to service centre Till that day the authorise service center of raipur(c.g) has no response of my product when ever i called him they are not talking wd me positively and did misbehave wd me. I m regurarly complaining to the custmer care of electrolux till today but cant get the service. The complain number are mentioned belowERAI [protected] on 18/05/12

My model is 170 litre instacool (Electrolux Kelvinator)
its been working good for 8 years but there is problem in my ice maker. There is hole produced due to my father trying to get rid of ice with knife. So, my simple question is, how much new ice maker gonna cost ?
When he hited it with knife there is noise of gas, and repairman there is also harm to coil(Aluminium). So please respond.
