dear sir its three and half months that i filed for my pf but i still didnt receive it and the staus is not updated from 6th nov kindly see into this i will greatfull to u

Employee Provident Fund — I did not get my EPF

This is in connection with the PF amount as it is not credited to my account and the application for the same was submitted on 20/05/2009. So till August,2009 I used to check status on website http://www.epfosurat.com and it was showing the balance is remaining. But now website is showing there is no balance. I also didn’t get any deposit in my bank account.

The Form was filled second time on 20/05/2009. Earlier it was submitted on 30/10/2008. So total two times I submitted form for my provident fund. For assurance I also attached my signed passport copy and my bank account details copy but still I don’t know what doubts was raised and I didn’t know and was not informed why my form rejected or it was rejected or not.
Status till date: No balance found.

Received latter from PF office deated on 02/10/2009.my bank a/c no is wrong so i am conatct in pf officers and also send mail .(my bank pass book copy) but no body give the proper respones .
so what i do give a proper advice.

I resigned from my previous job at Eleganza Jewellery Ltd Nov 2009, the PF form was submitted by the Company. Till date I' haven't received my PF. I sent a notice and also tried calling the PF office but it was fruitless.

As mr. Gaurav Sood not shown when he file his Form-19/10-c & others dully attested by Estt.
If his job is running at Convergys India then he has to file Form-13 duly attested by present Estt. for transfer of pf.

In this matter epfo should issue suitable guidlines to MR.Gaurav through Estt. as Estt. never provide suitable guidlines to the workers and hence unnecessary complains made by workers against epfo.

Provident Fund Office kandivali — PF NOT REC

Dear Sir my cousin Brother was working with sparsh in govandi was expired on 25/01/2008 and we have not yet rec the provident fund whenever we go to the kandivali office we are informed that it will take some time but it is a long time we are waiting and we have heard that the lady who deals with this kind of issue does not work at all she just come to the office to do nothing we also tried to ask that do she require any money for this says that she does not want money in which the person is expired now this is a long time we are wiating we need you to look at this issue as since the pf is not been rec the pension is also not started and his family is really in a need of money

Provident Fund Office kandivali — NOT RECEIVED PROVIDENT FUND

Dear sirs,
I have not received my PF amount evenafter a decade of submission of the application form for the with drawal of my P.F. amount. My P.F. Number MH/90900/6106. I am really frustrated above this. I have called multiple times to the PF office and nobody picks up the call. Here with i am sending u the scan copy of acknowledgement of submission of PF withdrawal forms 19 and 10C by ajanta pharma.
