I was employee of M/s Ujala Pumps Pvt. Ltd. & my PF A/s is as above mentioned. I have submitted the PF Withdrawal form since Last one year, But unfortunately it has not cleard upto till date.

I have personally visited at your Jaipur Office but no satisfactory reply has been given to me.

EPF organization — EPF withdrawal pending since last 6 months

Sir/Madam,

I have not received my PF amount even after 6 months of submission of the Application Form for the with drawl of my PF amount. My PF number – MH[protected]. I am really frustrated about this. I have called multiple times to the PF office and nobody picks up the call. By luck or by grace of god if I get a chance to speak to someone from the office directly say that there is no time lines for my request. It is pretty hard to digest if we hear the response for the request of withdrawing our hard-earned money.

Sir my name is Riyaz mehar and my PF Acc no is MP/IND/19155/3.My claim was submitted on 27.08.09.But after some time EPF Dept D.A(Dealing Assistant) has returned the claim by objection that Form 9 and specimen sign card was not submitted to office.
But the Form 9 and Spe sign card of establishment was already submitted on 06.08.2009.After that we have given our representation for submtting the above forms.
After 3 or 4 month later they has againg reutrned our claim by using objection that Form 6A was not submitted.But our Form 3A and 6A were already submitted on 26.05.2009.We have againg given our represntation through letter dated 16.03.2010.
So I humbly request u to please settle my case as early as possible.
Our remaining 4 employees are again facing the same problem and their PF acc no are as follows.
MP/IND/19155/5, 6, 11, 18.

Dear sir,
I want to know if the PF is being deducted form your salary but not deposited in PF office. As I was working with a one of the largest shoe making company in India. PF of our part was being deducted on regular basis but not deposited in PF office as I enquire with for withdrawal it cant get it.
Kindly help as it is not a question of mine alone future but other staff persons also there.

Kindly note that from jan.2010 onwards i am not getting my pf pension from you.

I had written to you on 20.3.2010, 20.7.2010 and on 4.9.2010 enclosing therewith the life certificate issued by SBI, Garden Reach.
For the complaint ref.ROTHA/E/2010/00847 you had repliedon 7.10.2010 asking for the PENSION PAYMENT ORDER NO. which i had mentioned in my all letters to you.
on 6.10.2010 i had replied mentioning the ppo no. to you.
Threfore kindly request you to make the delayed pension at the earliest.

I have applied for PF withdrawal form on 3 Octoberr 2008 at Wazirpur PF office but my PF form returned my service provider without any information.I again submit PF withdrawal form on 09 September 2011 at Dwarka PF office. I was worked in Astute corporate services pvt ltd since 2007 to 14 April 2010. Company has deducted my PF from my salary regularly but company is not providing me my account statement .Company has stopped my services from 14 April 2010
I want to know how can I get my account statement from PF Department and withdrawn of my money.
