This refers to our telephonic discussion yesterday regarding long pending transfer of PF a/c transfer from Delhi to Meerut. I worked with Ravitex Machines Pvt Ltd. from Year 1995 to 2008. Company shifted from Delhi to U.P.( Sahibabad) in year 2000. We have applied transfer in year 2004 but due to mistake in sending documents 5 peoples a/cs could not be transferrred. Since 2004 we are approaching to Meerut & Delhi official to look into matter but meerut people said they hv not rcv report & according to Delhi people Form K already sent to them. In this process we have spent lot of money & efforts in communicating. Two days back I again approcahed top official in Delhi official & got the copy of form K which is attached herewith for your reference. You are requested to add in your data so that we may apply for refund.

Now they don't ready to sign on the PF form.

I was working in the Firm named 'STANDARD TEXTILES' AT TIRUPUR. I have resigned my job last year and I have asked the management to settle my PF account and asked them to forward my claim in the prescribed Forms. But the Management demands me to pay equal amount of EMR contribution from my pocket to the Management (i.e. the management wants to take back their contribution from my pocket). If I pay the EMR contribution amount to the management, then only they will take further steps about my claim. They have not issued the ACCOUNT SLIP to me.

I fareed soudagar an ex employee of HTMT global solutions, emp id 4159, joinng Date 8th Mar 2004 and leaving date 1st Aug 2007.My PF amount is not being released till date. After a long follow up i received partial PF amount of Rs 4708.00 on JAN 28th 2010 CHQ # 8708.
On enquiring the local office at B'lore they informed that they do not have the remaining amount CHQ. We tried calling Mumbai office to know the status but no one seems to answer the call.
It is very frustrating that it takes 3 yrs for an employee to get his PF released .

I have asked my previous emplyer NIIT Technologies to transfer the PF amount to Wipro Technologies. Niit has setteled the amount and the fund is with RPFC Nehru place. Its been an year now and i dont see anything happening from RPFC side. I dont think any process of such kind should take an year. It is ridiculous. I dont know what to do except sending the reminders as these guys are sleeping and not doing anything. I have skoda fabia, purchased just 6 months ago from " Giriraj Motors Gurgaon(Haryana).quite happy about vehicle performance in last 6 months. but on 6 aug.2008, after returning back from my office at around 8.30p.m, heavy rain out side.i started moving slowly towards my home but due to heavy rain n poor visibility, i could not be able to judge the depth of the path hole on the road & my vehicle gone into that path hole and stopped.
next day morning, after pushing approx. 2 km, i will be able to reach another skoda dealer " Silvertone motors Gurgaon.". at that time i was in deep trouble & expecting good response from skoda dealer. but i was surprised to see rudely behaviour from dealers executives.
initially service in charge Mr. kapil told me to move this vehicle n get serviced from Giriraj Motors, because u had not purchased from silvertone motors. so many times i had told him that this was not a skoda philosophy for service. i had tried to talk to their seniors, but same response from them also.
their sales manager Mr.Edwin Gurung, was also in the same category of those stupid fellows. He questioned me why i came out from office in the rain & given me one day time to move my vehicle from there.
I was completely shocked from skoda service, n disgusting behaviour of dealer.
then after toeing, i will be able to reach Giriraj Motors. but after 2 months, my vehicle was still in the same condition as on 6/8/08.no reliable n responsible effort from their side also.
Now i m questioning skoda service dept.did u know how ur dealer providing service to ur customers. this type of ridiculous behaviour was not acceptable from skoda.
After investing my hard earned money(approx 7.00 lacs Rs), should we expect this type of service.I'm still without any vehicle. I have lost hope of getting my vehicle back. my car is still in the same condition. and moreover insurance survey and all the other formalities has been done a month back. and lot of other customers are there in gurgaon who are facing this PATHETIC service provided by skoda.

i remember SKODA LOGGO WAS " OBSESSED WITH QUALITY", BUT I THINK SKODA INDIA FORGOT ABOUT GIVING SERVICE TO THEIR VALUABLE CUSTOMERS. Skoda main head office people are also as unprofessional as their dealers are. There is no deference.
NOW AGAIN I M WRITING BUT STILL THERE WAS NOT ANY COMMUNICATION FROM SKODA SIDE. & STILL MY VEHICLE WAS IN THE SAME CONDITION AS ON TWO MONTH BACK. WHAT IS GOING ON.
I THINK EVERY ONE WAS SLEEPING IN INDIA. SERVICE IS VERY POOR. Skoda people does not know " ONE SATISFIED CUSTOMER IS ONE SATISFIED CUSTOMER BUT ONE UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER IS THOUSAND UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER. PLZ SUGEST ME SOMETHING.WHAT SHOULD I DO IN THIS CONDITION.

Qwest Software services — PF tansfer pending for 1 year with EPFO INDIA,BANDRA,MAHARASHTRA

SIR,

My PF transfer application from my current Employer QWest Software services has been processed and despatched to the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner's office (RPFC), Bandra, Mumbai on 20th Nov'07.
I cannot find any details on their website epfindia.nic.in.

Also when enquired with my previous employer Accenture, they say that they have not recieved any request from Regional Provident Fund Commissioner's office (RPFC), Bandra, mumbai.

I had requested for the PF amount to be transferred from the Accenture -MH/45665/5872 to KN /26308/000990.

When will this transfer happen. it has been 1 year . i request that this transfer be done immediately.

I have applied for transfer of my PF from Accenture to TCS for which, the present company (TCS) has submitted the forms to Accenture and they inturn have submitted the form to RPFC office for furtherprocessing on 20.06.2008.

I have tried calling many times for the RPFC Bandra office numbers, but there is no proper response else they will keep the line on hold for hours together, which is really worst.

I would request you to provide me the status as it's nearing 7months along with the amount deposited by Accenture on monthly basis.

I am working as Computer Faculty (k12project) in Kurnool district . this project under NIIT.
This NIIT has given a Sub Contract to another B.P(Business Partner in every District). All The Administrative Staff of NIIT (Coordinators, T.T.E, and G.L’s) are always do favour to B.P(Contractor).They do not solve the Faculty’s problem.
the faculties are getting maxi. Sal[protected]/- from 2002 upto now.but there is no agenda for the salary distribution. They do as they like.
no preferences for the faculty’s priorities. Even They are not giving salary regularly.

And also they simply opened the P.F.Accounts for the faculties and it is not functioning properly. They have not given give any P.F.accounts details to faculties as yet. If any faculty asks P.F details they are giving irregular responses.

Recently One Faculty died on Road Accident in Kurnool District. The B.P. have not credited the amount to his P.F. account. so that he had lost the benefits of his service. This is only one case. So please solve the problem as early as possible.

Hi sir,

i m sathish kumar from chennai.i worked for lilliput kidswear ltd for the past 1 1/2 year .i resigned my job on 01/09/2008.i submitted my pf form on last 20/12/2008 dec.my EMP CODE :18-472 and my pf number 2695 (nehru place, delhi pf office).there is no proper response from the company side (lilliput kidswear ltd.)

Kindly help me to sort out this issue sir.

I am Ragavan, am in Tanjore in Tamilnadu. I was worked in M/s. Vibhava Industries at Hubli from 04.04.2005 to 01.08.2007. My PF Account no is MN/HBL/27223/33
The company has detected the P.F. amount from my salary during that period on 2005 to 2006. They detected Rs.400/- per month and 2006 to 2007 Rs.500/- per month. Thereafter I was resigned my job.
I sent the P.F. Reimbursement application to our Hubli office, but I did not receive my P.F. amount till date. I kind request you to sort out this PF Claim, because my family cituation is not well now.

I am Kejal kishore pabari, i was working under i solution provider india pvt ltd for ICICI Bank i have been told that your PF will be Cridited befor end of aug/2008 but still not recived & conpany is close (pepol says). my P F NO IS MH/94095/345 EMP Code 10583, PAN NO APKPP8984M

They never answer the phone. That is very disgusting. Why do you have a number and not answer it. Its very furstrating. For a person working 9-5 cannot go to the office and keep checking. All other offices answer the phone promtply but the Charkop office. Is someone listening

Is it mandatory that we need to deduct PF from salary paid to foriegn national?
