महोदय, मैंने मार्च 1988 से सितम्बर 1997 तक मैसर्स वीर अर्जुन न्यूज पेपर्स प्रा. लि., 5 बहादुरशाह जफर मार्ग, दिल्ली में बतौर डीटीपी ऑपरेटर के पद पर कार्य किया। इस कंपनी के प्रोपराईटर अनिल नरेन्द्र हैं। प्रबंधकगण मेरा पीएफ का पैसा भी काटता रहा, परन्तु मुझे उन्होंने कोई भी पीएफ की स्लिप नहीं दी।
महोदय, कृपया करके मुझे बताया जाए कि
1. मेरा पीएफ का पैसा ब्याज सहित कितना है?
2. मेरा पीएफ कब से कब तक लगाया गया है?
3. मेरा पीएफ एकाउंट नम्बर क्या है?
4. मुझे पीएफ का पैसा कैसे मिलेगा?
कृपया करके मेरी मदद की जाए, आपकी अति कृपा होगी।

My name is Asif Syeed Shah and i worked with Microland on payroll of Teamlease india Pvt Ltd. i mailed resignation to my Manager from UK as i was hospitalised and i was given assurance they will look into the matter but after all formalities they told me that they cannot give me releaving letter and i cannot withdraw my PF. so i have now no options without moving to consumer court. I was told to do watever i can they will not issue me releaving letter. Hence pls suggest me what should i do.

I had applied for transfer of my PF from Logix Microsystems Ltd, bangalore to Hewlett Packard, bangalore about a year back. Till now this has not happened. I tried to query on phone at 25734590 but the phone is always engaged. I tried to send a mail at [protected]@dataone.in which does not get delivered due to the mailbox being full. I am in a fix to arrive at some sort of progress on this issue. Kindly help...

Respected Sir,
I personally visted your santacruz west branch for opening of saving account on[protected] for at last one hour i was waiting for our turn to come i requsted the lady officer to check the papers she is not intrested in listening when i told her that i will not open the account she says its your problem. Then i visted the manger but in vain the manger was not present in his cabin thye secreatry to manger the directed me to some other officer but he also beahved in the same manner. If this are behaviour of the largest claiming bank in india i am really upset with the scenario. nobody is bother to co-operate with the customers. if you feel that my complaint has any value please take this matter to higher authorites. at the time of flling a new form nowhere is mention to bring the original documents i have taken xerox of the said documents but they are not intrsetd in listening to customers.

I am still awaiting my PF claim which was submitted at EPFO Gurgaon office on 23rd July 2008. Please assist! Its urgent. I have filed my grievance on the related government site but to no avail. Please find below my last mail that I had sent to the SRO at Gurgaon EPF Office which has not yet been replied to.

Hello!
I am still awaiting a reply to my grievance. Also this is just to inform you that when we are nearing the timeline for EPF withdrawal date(i.e. 3 months after submitting the complete PF withdrawal form), the EPFO personnel now says that it will take 4 months to clear the dues.
Moreover, I had filed my grievance on 20th September 2008 and have not heard from anyone on the same. Hence I am readressing my grievance.

I had earlier filed my grievance at the website www.epfindia.com wherein I was provided with a registration # for the complaint(Registration No. CEPFO/E/2008/03633 on 30th September 2008). Since I have relogged my grievance today I have been provided by yet another registration #(Registration # DARPG/E/2008/11104).
Please let me know if I am not following any protocols or format. I have tried almost all the possible routes but to no avail.

Request your response to this so that I am able to reestablish my lost faith in government machinery.

I Virendra Kumar Sharma previous employee Vodafone Essar on the roll of Adecco Flexione Workforce Solutions Ltd. From 1st April, 2006 to 5th Sep, 2007 currently working with Shyam Telelink Ltd. In my previous employer my PF account was opened at Banglore PF office and PF account no. is KN/BN/34272/48273 and my PF deducted amount credited in same PF account.

On 8th Sept, 2007 I have requested for Transfer my balance PF amount from my Old PF account (KN/BN/34272/48273) into my New PF account ( RJ-9853/2142) but till date my PF balance amount not transferred from banglore PF office from old Pf account to new PF account at rajasthan.

You have processed the completely and Banglore PF office received this application for the same on 18/10/2007 and PF department return this application to HR, Shyam Telelink Ltd. And required a more form and this process has been done from this end and forwarded to PF, Commissioner Banglore office before 8 to 9 month. But still my PF balance not transferred into my new PF account.

I am sending you this letter herewith attached application form that returned from Banglore PF office. In attached application you have calculated the PF from April-2006 to aug-07 salary but you have calculated the “Zero” Amount for the month of April & May-07. Please check once because my PF amount has deducted for the same Period.
