Since I have applied for the PF withdrawals, it has been almost 3.5 months.I tried calling up these ppl for the updates initially they used to respond but now they dont respond and they dont give proper updates. I sent so many mails and tried called so many time. they will say no one is available on weekdays and they say they have gone for lunch they will come after 2 hrs and all that.

Please let me know what shall I do?
how to follow up these people, and can we complain against these people regarding this??

and if you can help me how to get the updates about my PF please let me know.

Questions:

1. What is the best way of reminding her about her promise?

Hi There,

Please note that this company is demanding money from employees after forcing them to quit their jobs, also they have not paid my pf to the goverment for the period I worked, my pf is showing up as zero for the entire time I worked for this company, these people are very selfish and heartlessly preying on us employees and blackmailing and demanding money by holding our full and final settlement and relieving letter, they forced me to quit my job in August 2020 and I still havent received my full and final settlement and my relieving letter, they are now demanding for money in order to release the pending documents. I have proof for all I have stated. Pls take action against these frauds otherwise they will ruin many careers. 🙏 thank you
