Reliance Communications — Refunds of Deposit, I am waiting from 9mth

Hello,
I was having an an Reliance Wireless land line, which I took 5 years back. Number was[protected].
1000Rs was deposit for landline and 1000 for STD and all. Total deposit 2000Rs.
I surrendered that Landline on 03/06/08 at Nigdi webworld, Pune. This is the same webworld from which I took the connection.I cleared all my outstandings and unbilled that day itself.(and according to my calculation I should receive 1700Rs as refunds) From then I have visited webworld more then 50 times asking for my refunds, and every time I receive same reply. i.e. "We have mailed our back end as we will get some update we will let you know". Now I m shifted to mumbai from pune. So when ever I visit pune I am following up those ppl. I tried calling customer care also, they always say "Sir visit webworld for your refunds"and latest information which I got from Customer Care was my refunds amount is around 200 and cheque will be issued soon. Now I seriously don't know what should I do.
Please guide me accordingly.

it an automatic plant of exercise note-book production..but due to delay(three years) and short funding by bank of india, - company lost a lot of capital and gain a lot of burden of interest,

Dec 2004- Requested T.L Rs 35 Lac and W.C Rs. 25 Lac.
Dec 2004 Advance for land and machine on basis of verbal commitment of Bank.
Sep 2005- Loan sanctioned 35 Lac. Term loan 15 Lac. W.C.
Mar 2006- W.C. Disbursed but not as required (Requested amount 25 Lac.)
Aug 2006- For proper W.C. I wrote a letter to RBI after a lot of requests to you.
Aug 2006- Flood Loss, you deny for every request without claim settlement.
Aug 2007- claim settled but W.C. reduced By Rs. 3Lac (remaining w.c. Rs. 13 Lac only)
Aug 2007- bank assured us for additional W.C. and loan for additional machineries. till Oct 2007 and instalment starts from April 2008.
Mar 2008- Existing (12 Lac.) and additional (15 Lac) W.C disbursed.
(Pending interest of 20 months charged from the existing w.c.)
(This must be treating same as pending interest of Term Loan.)
Now available w.c. is Rs. 21 Lac. (On-papers Rs 30 Lac.)
Mar 2008- for this problem Bank’s verbal suggestions and assurances are-
- It’s a mistake but correction is time consuming process.
- Purchase required machineries bank will finance them.
- It could be fulfilled by Suppliers credit and OD facilities.
- Don’t wary for moratorium period.
On the basis of these commitments i purchased machinery of Rs 13 Lac and started production
June 2008- on 15th day of this month I came to bank with application for O.D. of Rs 2Lac and for getting a verbal reassurance for supplier’s credit or OD facility at right time. Because approx 40 % material are ready to sale and I had to pay salaries, other material expanses and advertisement for recruitment of marketing agents for locating distributors in all M.P.
But bank deny each and every commitment. And even i heard that my A/c almost NPA. Then i complained to bank’s website. Due to this bank reassured me for the correction. Paper formalities starts and running till date.

Hi,

I have asked my previous employer NIIT technologies to transfer the amount to my Current organization Wipro Technologies. It's been more than a year now and the transfer is not happened till now.
Can you seriouly look into this matter and transfer the amount as soon as you can. I cann ot believe this can take more than a year, it is beyond my imagination. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
